BUPA has always given a good service…

BUPA has always given a good service although I live in another country, Guatemala, i received positive answers and reimburse not very quick but effective. I suppose they have to do a full revision on my claims and this the cause of some delay (sometimes)

My Experience

I actually disliked the time it took to resolve the problem, it was been isolated for a while and made me lost the confidence I have built previously.

I liked the concern from the team involved and the manner they presented the work around the issue been looked at and the words of empathy.

Issue resolved by agent

Had a difficult issue and was successfully resolved by Hasan Tareq (hopefully i got his name correct).he was empathetic and understanding, immediately turned my experience with bupa into a positive one .

For the amount I spend on my annual I believe non cosmetic meds should be covered.

For the amount I spend on my annual premium, meds should be covered for conditions which have previously been disclosed: in my case DVT for over 20 years yet neither the 6 monthly consultation nor the couumadin are covered.

Timely Response

After knowing that I haven’t received the claim payment, the team followed up with the issue on daily basis and finally resolved the problem by reissuing the payment.
