Have used Buygames.ps for years now. They are always reliable and very helpful if any problems happen. They sell legitimate accounts with the games on them and NOT accounts with random peoples personal information/credit cards on them unlike the thankfully now defunct PSNGames.org. Their prices are competitive and as long as you follow their instructions clearly you will have a good experience with them.
