I came to Clinic for a follow up appointment, prior to potential 2nd surgery, with Mr William Van Niekerk. It is always a pleasure speaking with William; I learn so much every time and any nerves or worries I have are always addressed and this appointment was no exception.

On Saturday, my wife noticed what appeared to be a suspicious brown mole on the sole of my right foot. Understandably alarmed, we visited a private GP who referred me urgently via the NHS 2WW (two-week wait) pathway. A specialist also took photographs and sent them to a Consultant Dermatologist, who advised that the lesion looked suspicious and required urgent assessment. Concerned about potential delays and the distress this was causing me and my family, I began researching private options and came across the Cadogan Clinic on Sunday evening. I contacted them first thing Monday morning at 8am, explaining the urgency of the situation and requesting an immediate excision of the lesion. From that moment onward, the Cadogan Clinic’s service was nothing short of outstanding. The administrative team were incredible—professional, efficient, and genuinely caring. They swiftly arranged for the images to be reviewed by one of their dermatologists and, to my great relief, called back shortly afterwards to confirm they could excise the lesion that very same day at 3pm. After a four-hour journey to London, I arrived at the clinic and was immediately struck by the beautiful, modern decor and, more importantly, the impeccable cleanliness of the entire facility. The reception staff were warm, helpful, and reassuring, which really helped to put me at ease. The dermatologist (Dr Alexandra Paolino) who treated me was truly exceptional—compassionate, thorough, and extremely professional. Thankfully, the lesion turned out to be a blood blister rather than a mole, but the peace of mind and the speed with which everything was handled was invaluable. This experience, from start to finish, was nothing short of fantastic. The level of care, attention, and responsiveness provided by the Cadogan Clinic is something I will always be grateful for. In a moment of genuine worry and fear, they delivered comfort, clarity, and expert care. I cannot thank the entire team enough, and I would recommend the Cadogan Clinic without hesitation to anyone seeking outstanding dermatological care.

I am forever grateful to the Cadogan clinic. I am a 22 year old female, whose biggest insecurity has always been my nose. Ever since I was 13 years old and puberty changed my nose, by growing a bump on the bridge, I have been determined to someday be able to get a nose surgery. It has always been my biggest dream: now being 22 and working I have been able to go ahead with my dream. Dr Anil Joshi, my surgeon has been so supportive and helpful from the first moment I met him. He was very realistic with what he could achieve and made me feel confident I was in the right hands the whole time. Now being 5 weeks post op, I can guarantee to everyone reading this considering a rhinoplasty I have felt no pain whatsoever during or after the surgery. It’s almost unbelievable how much professionalism there is everywhere in the Cadogan clinic, from the receptionists all the way to the operating team. Dr Meena Arunachalam without a doubt is the nicest, most caring, friendly, professional doctor I have ever met in a medical capacity. I do suffer from white coat syndrome and as such find any appointments regarding health a very anxious inducing event. I was made to feel calm under quite worrying circumstances and the emergency procedure I had not only went very well, but I experienced no pain whatsoever and it was done so quickly I couldn't believe it. The healing process has been perfect too. Her assistant Zoe was also excellent and it was something bizarrely I actually enjoyed! I found the practice to be a very calm, nice smelling environment and the reception staff were helpful, smily and very professional. Definitely the best experience I have had anywhere. Keep up the great work guys!

I had a great experience at the cadogan clinic. The facility is great. The nurses were super friendly and caring. Mr Tiryaki is outstanding, he takes his time to explain , he is soft and caring, trustworthy and his experience is felt instantly. I would highly recommend him as this is my second procedure with him. Definitely The best in the field.

Dr Susan Mayou is brilliant: approachable, incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, explains the pros & cons of each treatment clearly and is open to discussion and follow-up.

Initially I was very nervous about this consultation for breast augmentation but as soon as I arrived the interior was very welcoming. The receptionist Mia welcomed me with a lovely smile and put me at ease.

The surgeon Mr. Will Sarakbi, I can say with complete confidence will give me the best possible results I can imagine.
