Everyone with whom I spoke could not have been more pleasant or helpful, and that really helped me to make up my mind.

i am very happy with Cafelavista.
My partner and I had a meeting at their offices with the managing director, a great guy who answered all my questions no matter how mundane they were.
We spoke to the staff, who were all lovely and helpful.
I'm a person who does lots of research and covers every angle and i was more than happy to sign up the next day after the meeting.
plus, its only a matter of time before i buy more machines.

I have been a franchisee with Cafe La Vista for just over a year, initial investment in 2 machines. I have since purchased some more, payments arrive on time once I have invoiced them. 
What I like most however (apart from being paid on time and as it carries on it brings in a great return) is that they look at how the machines are being run and make tweaks as necessary to make things better fro the franchisee, Cafe La Vista and the end customer. This brings a greater degree of trust that they are managing the business correctly.
Long may this continue, hope to increase the portfolio in 2020.
