Great work

Had a Blackvue 750S-2CH hardwired into my car as well as the 'Pro-Magic' module to protect against a flat battery. It was fitted in about an hour (outside of my home), at a price I was happy to pay. The technician was polite, courteous and very efficient. After installation he was prepared to explain the full workings of the system (this was unnecessary as I had the same camera in my previous car). My appointment was booked with ease at a time that suited me (thanks Emma). My overall experience with the company was great. Would recommend and certainly use them again.

Highly recommend

From first contact with Emma to dashcam been fitted was very professional, the fitter called me to say he would be there in 15 minutes and he was. 45 minutes later he was showing me how the dashcam worked even showed me how to setup the app on the phone, Very grateful for a professional service.

I have now used Cygnal 3 times. All I can say is that from getting advice on what was the right product, though the booking of an appointment, to the actual fitting, the service from Cygnal was excellent.

Excellent service

Very pleased with the service... from booking the appointment for them to come to my home and install rear parking sensors they kept me informed about the product..the installer turned up on time and did a great job and was very quick...if you didn't know you would have thought the sensors fitted were standard...very clean tidy and no hassles... would definitely recommend them to everyone

A great service and prompt response…

A great service and prompt response from Emma when booking initially and when plans had to change as the fitter was running late. The appointment also took into account the bad weather that had been forecast. The fitter arrived promptly and gave me a call with an arrival time in advance. I was originally going to have a front and rear camera fitted but was informed that my particular car would have DAB issues if the rear camera was fitted. I received a prompt refund on what I had paid. I appreciated the honesty that a rear camera would cause me problems. A great and very flexible service.

Carcomms....a pleasure to deal with.

I contacted Carcomms via their website & expressed interest to supply and fit a dash cam. I was then given great advice on products available with a cost relating to my enquiries from Emma, who was very polite & efficient. An installation date was agreed & without any hassle whatsoever I had my front and rear dash cams fitted by one of Carcomms mobile auto electricians, who again was very well mannered & knowledgable of the product. Faultless service!!

excellent service

I had excellent service getting my dashcam fitted. The fitter was efficient, friendly and explained everything to me. I had to ring the office as I had a query and they were very helpful and were even prepared to come out to see me. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a dashcam fitted. Excellent!

Cygnal Front and Rear Dashcam fitting

Cygnal came out to my house and fitted a BlackVue front and rear camera to new BMW tourer. Excellent service, made sure that everything was out of sight as much as they could, made sure it was working, took the time to persevere when DAB radio started playing up and the finished job was perfect, no wires, no marks. Would thoroughly recommend.

Enquired about fitting a dash cam and…

Enquired about fitting a dash cam and was quoted a price to come out and a cheaper price to visit the workshop for the fitting. Received a call the following day to say the third party sharing the building did not want any visitors so they said they would honour the cheaper price and would fit it at my property. Got a call confirming date and time which were spot on. Excellent service from the installer who explained everything and wiped down the inside of my vehicle with wipes. Excellent service and would not hesitate to recommend

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. This company installed emergency warning lights to 22 cars. The attention to detail was second to none, they displayed a high level of detailed care for their workmanship.

Paid £130 to have my dash cam and rear…

Paid £130 to have my dash cam and rear cam installed at my home address. Was told by Emma I would receive a text message the day before telling me what time the engineer would arrive as they could only tell me "between 8:30 and 5" when I originally booked. Did not receive any text message before the engineer just showed up on the day.
No one ever got back to like they said they would in the reply below, obviously just saying stuff like that to make it look like they followed up and sorted it, which they never bothered to do.

Engineer was unable to properly fit my rear view camera, could not work out how to get the cabling through the boot grommets so had to leave a loop of wire visible. Also unable to find the correct reverse light wire to allow the reverse camera to function automatically with the parking lines, he only tried connecting it to a wire which gave constant power so then forced the parking view on my dash cam all the time, rendering it useless, his only solution was to remove this function. Only checked the wiring in the left grommet and did not touch the right side grommit to try and find the correct wire.

I am sorry that you appear not to have had the service we usually give. Emma and Jon, your installer, are on holiday now until the New Year, so I can't yet speak to them to get their comments.

We do, usually, send a reminder with a smaller window of arrival the day before the job. There is a window in our diary for your job of between 10 and 12, so it does look as though Emma attempted to send you one. Jon arrived at 10.16.

Jon must have had an issue with your car and or your kit. It can happen as we install a lot of different equipment, provided by the customer, cars that possibly our installer has not worked on before. Again, I'll have to wait until Jon returns before I know his opinion.

Once I've spoken to him, I will contact you again to arrange to come and sort any remaining problems.

It is quite normal to try one or two wires before finding the correct supply for a function.

I will comment further in the New Year. In the meantime, please have a Merry Christmas.

Ordered front parking sensors

Ordered front parking sensors, fitted on time and with no issues. Later developed a problem,engineer returned and sorted our , no charge and no issues. Then damaged the buzzer, engineer returned again, reasonable call out charge and all is fine again. No complaints at all,,,good service and can recommend

Fast, knowledgeable and old DAB issues sorted

Had a de-install re-install at my office in a couple of hours and the staff were very knowledgeable about camera positions etc. They also solved the problems from an old (not them) installation messing with my DAB radio so very happy!
