Apologies on the delay in receiving this one.
I have just checked your order to see this one was dispatched from our warehouse on the Wed 9th Dec (order was placed on the 8/12/20) and it seems there has been a delay with Aus post in delivering this one.
According to the Aus Post tracking, this has arrived in WA, and is waiting to be processed as of the 19th.

I have been using CartridgesDirect for few years & very happy with their original products specially the pricing.but this year I found the price has jumped higher than previous years, I think regular customer should be offered a discounts or special price. As they have full details of customers names address, emails & easy to find out through the orders, I do a personal purchase don't have a business but still would be great if this could be considered..

Cartridgesdirect is a very reliable company that you can rely on but the delivery company needs to get it act together. When my parcel was delivered he just left it at the front door, in sight of any one that walked past could see. He never even rang the doorbell and he could see we were home because the front door was opened
After a 2 week wait
After a 2 week wait, I had to phone and be told they were on back order. When order placed, the products were in stock. Not happy with inefficiency. Further not happy with the spin in your reply. The email I received was only after I phoned and not pre-emptive or indeed good customer service. Yes, I wanted the products and thankfully wasn't desperate for the products. Take some ownership of the mistake and fix the issues involved. Gross inefficiency here and "couldn't care less " attitude. Now blaming a problem with manufacturing in Malaysia. Miraculously, the product shipped the day after I phoned. I do not believe in coincidences. This will only get worse if you don't take ownership and fix.
Extremely unhappy.

Ordered HP laser printer cartridges. They arrived Ok but with a slight delay as they were not in stock.
