Will try to steal your deposit

Tried to make us get rid of the weeds in our back garden as if I'm a gardener and also CHARGED US 4 TIMES FOR CLEANING! £200 to clean the house and another £150 to get rid of items (wth?), £35 for the oven and £20 to get rid of things from the freezer???? How is that not all in one and how could that ever come close to being over £150 total? I do not know. Sophie Judd and Darren the useless handyman are thieves. Be aware read the contract. I think Darren is hitting that too... disgusting.

CHECK THE CONTRACT

Make sure you read the contract in the beginning. They'll try to put in all types of nonsense in there, so that they get more money out of you at the end of the year when they have to return your deposit. Negotiate so that the contract is actually sensible and worth signing.

Extremely helpful!
