Dear Tijmen. I'm sorry your order hasn't arrived. I have investigated and An Post tried to deliver your order on 27th October, the day after your order was received, but there was no answer at your address. I don't know why you or we weren't then contacted by An Post but it seems they still have your order. We will send out a replacement on Monday and I'm really sorry for the poor service on this occasion.

The perfect snack
