Trash quality, and waaaaay more expensive than the competitors. Really disappointed.

Wish I could give it 0 stars been almost a whole month and no chonky appa yet. It was 30 dollars and no tracking information. Delete that site. It’s a scam

Way too expensive for the quality and lengthy delivery time. Do not bother buying one of these plushes as it is not what you expect the design is completely different than the advertising. It is also not as large as you think it will be and it just looks different and weird i don’t know how to explain it it’s just not what you expect. Also the customer service is terrible. I understand it’s hard because of covid rules but it literally travelled to 10 country’s before getting here. Dont reccomend save your pennies kids!

Ordered slippers. Never received them. Contacted customer service four times. Alwsys got the same answer, "We'll refer it to our shipping department." I realize Covid had an impact on theit business, but still, i never received my order.

Ordered a Chonky Bat as a Christmas present. Website says hand crafted in Switzerland. Item made and shipped from China as per tracking information they provided. Arrived falling apart. Contacted them to say I wanted a full refund. They told me to send pictures and now they have said they have sent a replacement which they have not provided shipping info for and will not refund like I have requested several times. Absolute joke of a company.

Never got my product.
Ordered in February. They said it got lost in transit and was going to send it again. Never received it. They then said they would pay me back. They didn't. Total scam!

Super long delivery and no customer service. Needed to return the plush i bought but no one answered. They are getting away with promising the option to return but not listening when you need to. Scam company

Total scam company. Ordered on 3rd with shipping terms stated as 3-10 days. Day 10 (13th), hadn't heard anything so tried to contact seller - no answer. Logged case with PayPal - seller then dispatches product. 10 days later (23rd) still no product so escalate case to Paypal - seller starts claiming their delivery terms are 20 days. Here we are on 3rd so a month to the day and still no delivery or refund!

Got my plush after over a month. Not only was it half filled, but the design was completely wrong. Sure it was a grey cat roughly the size I ordered, but the embroidered details on the face could not have been more different. The one I ordered had embroidered stripes, whiskers, and yellow open eyes. The one I received had closed eyes with eye lashes and a pink smile. I feel scammed and would like a refund but it doesn’t look like that will ever happen as their website states you only get refunded for damaged goods. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Ordered a plushie I have not received nearly a month later, will no longer answer my emails, beware of this company...

After I ordered the plushies, they sent them to the wrong address and put the wrong label above the correct one. After writing them an email they said they don't have any business with DPD although they picked them themselves.

This is horrible! I‘m still waiting for my pillow and i ordered it in april 2020, i wrote twice an email if i can get e refund i never get an answer back, now i lost my hopes that this pillow ever arrived and spend a lot of money for nothing! Well, check the review first before you order something from a website. Too bad

I ordered a plushie in the beginning of May. It is late September right now and still have received nothing. I have contacted customer service several times and they either ignore me or say some excuse that it’s on its way. I could have grown plants for material, learned how to sew, and hand made a plushie in the time I’ve been waiting. Will be following up because there’s no way I’m just letting them steal like $40 from me idc if I loose money over it I’m tryna FIGHT rn I’m so mad.

Extremely slow shipping, useless customer service and a really disappointing product. It took a month to actually get the chonky seal I ordered. I contacted customer service twice while waiting only to receive responses that it would be there "in a few days." When I finally did receive it, the seal looks nothing like the pictures on the website. It is under-stuffed, lumpy and wrinkled. Absolutely not worth the money or the time.

Horrible company. I ordered a chonky seal for my girlfriend, and everything was fine until I noticed that it said it was delivered, which was odd because I never received anything. Come to find out that it also said “Deliverer, individual picked up at postal facility”. First off, I never picked anything up. Second off, I had it delivered to girlfriends college, not a postal facility. I contacted them to which I got excuses, basically them telling me what I already knew. They then told me to contact USPS and they would help me, to which I had already did, and they couldn’t help me because the tracking number wasn’t even a USPS tracking number. I probably won’t even receive it, but in the end, don’t order from them. TOTAL SCAM!

It took almost a month to receive only one of the two plushies I’ve ordered. The bat that I’ve received doesn’t hang from things like it’s supposed to and the velcro barely sticks to close it’s wings. Not even going to mention the terrible customer service.

Ordered a chonky seal and a fox pillow. They were shipped from different postal locations (China Post and Yun Express) in China so I received 2 separate emails when they shipped out with 2 different tracking numbers. Fast forward OVER a month later asking where my packages where, I only received one pillow. I emailed again asking about my other pillow for them to argue with me and tell me I received both. After I sent proof of where it says my other pillow was with the different tracking number and everything they are still trying to argue that it says delivered. So I honestly don’t know if I’m going to get my other pillow I paid $30 for as a gift. The customer service is horrible and a scam. They don’t care about their customers, just about making the coin and scamming people of their money. I’m glad I didn’t get the second pillow honestly because they are ugly and cheap looking and definitely not made from Switzerland lol. Don’t waste your time here it’ll cause more problems than anything else. Go to Walmart and buy a soft pillow for $6 it’s way better

Yea, i waited for a week or so to get my delivery send off. After a month it arrived . But they sucked air from the package to make it as small as possible. So now the chonky seal is all wrinkled a half of the size. Actually I payed for 60cm one and received 30cm one. So its quarter the original size. And it looks like somebody just pulled it right outta their ass. "Luckily" i got to breakup with my GF before this was delivered, because this is straight disaster. For that money i expected a lot better. This was the last time I ordered anything from China, cheers.

Attempted to repeatedly cancel my order over a week prior to the item shipping after learning this "company" is a total scam. My emails were read and intentionally ignored. They then pretended to ship the item to shut me up after a representative argued back and forth with me over my repeated ignored cancellations.

Item arrived over 2 months later and was extremely shoddy. The plush was floppy and flat from being under-stuffed, was extremely wrinkled, had several tears and damaged spots, was very poorly sewn, off-color, and had a badly done print that was crooked.

Similar to what others have said I ordered two plushies and have received none of them. Emails to them (at a hotmail account - which seems suspicious for a large company) keep giving me vague answers of how they are working on the order.
