Here I am giving my honest feedback about choose my bicycle .
I am writing this review after riding the cycle for about 1 year and 2 months and still continuing.
I had bought the Waltx summit 27.5 bicycle in November 2020.
Here are my reviews:
1) The cycle when delivered had some issues like hub wobble, tyre wobble, crank bend, rim bend.
2) The front tyre got bursted within a week of purchase.
3) then reported this to Abhishek and Vishnu.
They said the wobble is common for all cycles.
4) They sent a technician for front tyre replacement and it's done and thanks for the service Abhishek and Vishnu.
5) Then when I started riding, u was still having issues of hub wobble, crank bend, rim bend and thus an unknown force was pulling the cycle back and my efforts of pedalling was getting wasted becz an unknown force was consuming that.
6) later few months I again started reporting this to Abhishek and Vishnu.
7) They took their time and still responded and assured me of rectifying.
8) Vishnu showed some real concern for my problem and elevated the matter and assigned another technician from bike innovation in Bengaluru.
9) Now bike innovation service providers have done their job of rectifying the wobble by replacing the hub, crank and removed the rim bend.
10) everything has been done at their own cost and special thanks to vishnu of choose my bicycle .
11) now most of the issues in cycle are rectified and tuned properly.

EDIT: From 5 to 4 stars because they were shady about providing the freebies. These freebies are essentially included with the purchase price of the item. They don't necessarily provide the freebie item as described during checkout. Just leaves one feeling they can't fully trust the company.

I shopped around many other places before luckily finding ChooseMyBicycle. No other place came close to the selection CMB offers or meets their level of customer service. They really went above and beyond and made sure I got the perfect cycle for my needs. I highly recommend them!

I had a fantastic and a seamless experience of cycle delivery and it was delivered in an amazing turn around time 2 days, since I live in Chennai, the cycle was promptly shipped in a safe and unharmed manner. The sales and support was brilliant. I purchased the NUZE S3 cycle. I got information from the cycle experts since I am a newbie. My overall exp was amazing and nothing like the other cutomers mentioned in this site.

Kudos to the CMB team and i will ask all my collegues and friends to buy theirs here only.

Recently bought Road bike from CMB & I can say, I am one of the happiest customers of CMB.
My experience was realy superb from booking to delivery to post-sales support.
As this was my first road bike and was unaware that pedals are not included with the cycle, which I came to know after booking. To my surprise CMB had included the pedals from their side “Fitted and ready to ride”.

CMB is a website which helps us to choose the right bicycle, had a hassle free experience while buying my Waltx Summit 27.5 from CMB, along with the cycle, was thrown in a host of goodies worth almost 4000,the buying experience was seamless and the cycle was delivered in just 6 days including a Sunday and this while there was a heavy downpour in Chennai, still the CMB Team showed ownership and updated and kept me informed of all the checkpoints. On delivery I found out that a accessory was broken, CMB Team arranged a replacement within few hours of sending the mail to them with pictures and video of the broken item, shows volumes about a company and its staff of providing a perfect seamless solution and ensuring that the customer always stays happy.

I have now become a permanent client of CMB and all my future cycles and of my near and dear ones will be bought from ChoooseMyBicycle only.

I ordered a set of Lizardskins Bar Tape from this site and the experience was really bad. While ordering the product was smooth, and shipping and delivery were timely, the actual product delivered was old and substandard. The tape was dated 2016 and badly degraded. It was crumbling and discoloured, and completely unusable.
This was my first time using this website and rest assured, I will not be doing so again.

I have purchased Triad M7 MTB bicycle online from CMB and it was delivered to me within the time promised. I had unboxed the bicycle and was generally impressed and happy with my purchase. The components of the bicycle such as frame, fork, handlebar were really good quality at this price point and some components such as tyres were even better than expected. The paint quality and finish on this bicycle is simply outstanding and is the best feature of this bicycle.

After having used the bicycle for about 200 kms (which were couple of rides) the cycle developed an issue with the crank. The left pedal arm completely came off during my century ride. After getting home with difficulty due to early hours and remote area, i contacted customer support of CMB and Triad cycle company and explained them as to what had happened. They asked me for photos of the defective part and as-is condition of the bicycle which i had provided them via email. The company responded telling me that the bicycle is far too new to have developed such an issue and would support me in replacing the defective part with a new one as a special consideration. Accordingly, a replacement part was issued and I got it installed through my local dealer here in Gurgaon.

Overall, my experience with CMB and Triad cycles has been excellent as they understood the issue and then supported me even if it was not a part of their policy and this gesture has solidified my faith in both CMB and Triad Cycles.

I am extremely happy with this product and would totally recommend it.

Excellent experience from choosing to buy till delivery. Every commitment fulfilled. Great help in choosing a cycle before buying, after buying good tracking support and in the end great Delivery experience with ready to ride cycle. I ordered a Bike Ark Orb, and received the cycle very fast. No problems with delivery.

There was a minor issue with the BB. I was concerned and reached out to CMB.

They were extremely professional. Perhaps, I was a tad harsh when I reached out to them, but they were very courteous and followed through immediately.

Chirag came over and fixed the issue. He is extremely professional with his trade and a (pro) rider himself.

The bike itself is great. - works very well for the intended usage.

overprice, they sell substandard fake products which they also forget to deliver on time.
bought a cinnelli water bottle whose quality could be compared to a mineral water plastic bottle.
I do not recommend purchasing stuff from here.

I bought a Triad M4 which was delivered to me on July 1st week. The front crank case has a bend in it which leads to the chain rubbing to the front derailleur in 3rd gear and also the paint on the handle stem is being rubbed away by the cables.

I buy a headlamp for Hero lectro from choose my bicycle web site but it can't deliver to me and the customer service say that my product delivered to me......

Very good experience with choosemybicycle thus far .
The local dealer did not have lectro c7 and so ordered one from CMB. Since I am in TN ,got the cycle delivery in 8 days .
Cycle was shipped properly albeit a few scratches .More care or improvement necessary/required in this area .

Coming to the cycle ,it was ready to ride from the package and no complaints so far. Mr.Jayakrishna from customer support has so far been very helpful in addressing the queries with utmost patience .
Both the bicycle and CMB are RECOMMENDED !!!

P.S: its only been 3 days since i received the product .Will try to keep this review updated with a long term one.

I purchased Java Siluro 3 disc 2021 model road bike from CMB and overall experience was amazing.
1. During this lockdown, finding a road bike in my city was difficult but CMB made it easy with hassle free purchasing experience and home delivery facility.
2. Special thanks to Anish, who helped me throughout the purchase till delivery. He was always available to clear any query regarding shipping or purchasing.
3. I received my bike on-time as per approximate date mentioned by Anish, and bike is perfectly OK without any damage or scratch.
4. CMB provided me with free goodies that includes bottle holder, tools, Jersey, frame bag, lock. Goodies quality is good.
5. They provided live tracking of bike.

Talking about bike. I would say it is the best bike in this price range.
I wanted a Aeroad bike, but the price was bit high. Then I come up with Java Siluro 3 disc and it is amazing in this price range and its given specification.

I have done more than 300kms and the bike is very good. It is fast and handling is very good. It is very much comfortable. You can do racing as well as long ride also. But I must say that its position is quite aggressive but eventually you will get use to it.

I bought a Triad M4 from this website for 20K and the after sales support sucks , they dont care for customers or after sales service, even within 4-5 days of purchase they are not taking ownership of any issues with a brand new cycle, saying its a usage related issue, such pathetic experience, seems Mr. Bhardwaj is not aware of how customer service works and is focused on getting money from customers without paying heed to issues with the products sold, such a poor vision and policy of Choosemybicycle.com, will never ever purchase any other bike or refer anyone.

I have already sent an email to your pathetic customer support and i got same kind of reply , this is what happens when you interact with armatures Please get it investigated at your end,

Update as of 08/24/2021

The company did not bother to pay heed to my request so i went outside and got the cycle tuned via a local cycle repair shop..THE BOTTOM LINE IS THE WEBSITES AFTER SALES SERVICE IS VERY VERY POOR AND CONTINUES TO BE SO...The cycle is good, but i guess next time onwards i will go with a brand which is made in India as i have lost trust on companies outside India and the kind of pathetic support you get from companies like Choosemybicycles.com who sell such products

THIS WEBSITE IS FRAUD........I ordered a cycle repair on 30th July and it was showing the repair person will come on 31st July. The next day I waited for the person till 3:30 pm, and the website was showing that he will arrive at 2 pm and will repair by 3 pm. He didn't come. Worst website. Never ordering anything from this website. If there was a option for 0 stars I would have given 0.
