Very fast delivery. High quality products. I can recommend it.

Items quality lacking. Sizing not accurate neither items fit as way to big.

Recived items and return them two days later.

That was two weeks ago. I have no heard anything back. I have checked they money has not been returned to my account. Nor have i been contacted in any way.

Their return process is not what i expected from a company with this high a rating. Two weeks should be more than enough time to refund my account.

Really comfortable eye mask that helps with my sleep so much. The hair cap also is so easy to use and I feel like my hair is softer already.

Beautiful silk scarf that looks even better in real life than on the website. Delivered in great packaging so it arrived in pristine condition.

Not possible to return items, and no response from Cillouettes on mail or through their contact form.

I have mixed experiences with their products.

Silk scarf is 80x80, not 90x90 as described. The silk is very thin and fragile, but also soft and the print and sewing is better than expected.

The silk bonnet only has silk on the inside, the outside is made from thick polyester fabric and the ribbon is also some kind of polyester.

Silk/wool socks feels and looks like old washed cotton socks with a lot of pilling.

The pure silk socks are very soft and maybe the only product I really like from them.

I love all products that I ordered - pillowcases, hats, socks! Everything is great quality! Delivery was very fast! I will definitely buy more very soon!

Ordered a full sheet set. It’s insane, it feels like water, I do t really know how to describe it. Haven’t slept in them yet because I ordered the wrong size and needed to exchange, but from just feeling it, it feels amazing.

I bought a sleeping mask 3D that was supposed to have room for the eyes and eyelashes to move freely according to the description. When I tried it on it was just like any other mask, pressing against my eyes. What lookes like space for the eyes on the picture is smothed out when wearing it because the silk coushoning around the eyes is very soft and get squeezed down. And where the eyes are there is actually hard bumps coming out against your eyes.

I tried emailing about making a return two times with two weeks apart. The last time two weeks ago. Still have not heard anything from them!

Exactly as I expected, very high quality comfortable silk socks that aren’t too hot.
