City Stay Aparts Ltd 

We stayed a weekend in London and our experience was very good. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We did not have any problem with the check out or the check in. Besides, I forgot my keys when we had already left the house and they send them back to me very quickly. Definitely, i would repeat with them.

Awful experience! I paid over booking, also paid security deposit the asked me for, and now i came to some weird grocery store to collect the key and don't send me the code to get that key! I'm literally came to vacation and homeless now for 2000 GBP!

We stayed at City Stay in Bermondsey, and it was wonderful! The flat was very clean and spacious and was in an awesome location. It felt local but still very close to all the London spots! Gina was very responsive and made the whole process very smooth and stress-free. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great to see these looking at sustainability and their carbon footprint.
Easy to communicate with and very open minded on being environmentally conscious.

Out of all the places I’ve booked in my life this was by any means the worst place ever. The costumer service is terrible and they definitely try to play games with the “he said she said”. They don’t take any accountability for their side of the problem. The sleeping conditions was very bad And the noises outside was unbearable. Honestly event 1 star is way too much

This place is not worth your money or even your time. I have never experienced the lack of costumer service like the one they provide. Everything about my stay was unacceptable, from the noises outside something (was wrong with the windows) to a broken sofa that they didn’t want to take accountability for. The location is basically in the middle of a crackhead-street and the apartment was filthy.

STAY AWAY……I had the worst stay ever. First of all we didn’t get any sleep the entire weekend! The noise outside was horrible there was a nightclub just underneath my window. Plus the windows in the flat was old there was no difference between an open window and a closed one . You could literally hear every conversation outside. The sleeping sofa in the living room was terrible, it was no good at all especially not for sleep! It kept rocking to the side and at one point it I fell and I had the entire sofa on top of me. We kept calling the number for the office and no one picked up. On Sunday evening we finally found another number after hours of searching and the staff member told me she couldn’t do anything and asked me to call again on Monday even though we would check out Monday morning. The service was horrible on Monday when we called. They kept telling me to call back because they needed to speak to the manager. We also sent an email during the stay while we was there regarding the noise. When we finally spoke to a staff a week after our stay they told us that there was nothing they could do after we checked out and that we should have called during our stay to complain about the “sleeping” sofa even though that we did. And we were struggling finding the number to the after hour phone. So when I told her that we did call on Sunday evening she said “well it was after hours” and that they wouldn’t be able to provide us a new sofa anyways. Every staff said something different one staff said we didn’t know the club downstairs was open and another one said we knew it only opened for Privat parties. It kept going back and forth with her words against mine, and she was saying there was no proof of anything regarding the sofa and bad sleeping condition because they didn’t have anything on writing. That’s bull**** I’m petite and little and still the sofa fell and was to fragile for my size. Overall the stay was terrible there was vomit outside the building from crackheads and drunk people the service was rubbish and the sleep was not even possible to get. STAY AWAY from this low service and bad place!!

Great Service and good value, I been staying with City Stay for the last 3 months 2-3 days a week and never had any issues with the team ( Paola & Gina ) are always happy to help.

Our stay was an absolute nightmare from the very beginning.
From the first day we got there, we were greeted with coffee stained walls and a number of faulty lights.
On the first night the bed broke, and throughout our stay this would not be the only bed to break.
The property at Doric Way is falling apart and damp, with things secured using nothing but gaffer tape or sellotape. It was hazardous staying there as the wall gave way to the curtain pole as a result of the damp wall crumbling .
Under the sink in the kitchen leaked constantly making puddles on the kitchen floor
Dishwasher was broken
The washing machine leaked down into the kitchen and all over the fuse box, the handy man came to "fix" this and secured the pipe using gaffertape.
Location is horrific, while close to Euston station, beneath the property is a crack/heroin den. Therefore expect human faeces quite literally at your door step as well as the sound of druggies shouting at each other throughout the night.
Cleanliness standards were disgusting. The windows were so dirty it looked like there was a film over them. The cooker knobs were filthy and covered in a thick layer of gunk. As I mentioned before, the walls were stained, carpets were dirty and linens were often adorned with small stains. The hob was broken and had to use a match/plastic lighter to light the fire.
They place the key box for the apartments on the stairs of one of the properties so expect to have many confused guests attempting to enter your property using their keys.
I would never ever recommend City Stay aparts and if I am honest, this does not even deserve one star.

I unfortunately had a really bad experience with them. I would never use them again or recommend them.

I decided not to stay in the apartment I agreed to after paying for 1 month upfront, however the agreement was when the room is filled I will be refunded the difference for the month. They were very good and clever at playing the game with me pretending no one had taken over the contract until I found out someone had already moved in days after. There they are taking in 2 rentals, and breaking an agreement. I had all the evidence and had to have third parties and the local council involved to get my money back.

They come across really genuine and nice, but they're actually fraudulent. I wouldn't trust them.

One of the best part-hotel providers only London. Esteban and his team are on hand for everything and rooms are priced at excellent rates, have recommend several clients who have enjoyed their stay. I have no hesitation in recommending them!

What a superb stay with City Stay, I had booked a 3 week trip to London for a business trip and to visit family. I was recommend City Stay by a friend who had stayed in a place via them in late 2019 and thought I would give them a try. The service was really impressive, I actually ended up extending for a further 2 weeks and will book via them again when I’m next in London.

Just to say that the service provided was outstanding highly recommended. The accommodation was really well situated next to St james park and spotless. Always quick responding to my queries and really kind stuff. Ten out to ten!!

Great Staff and very attentive, my boyfriend and I stayed in a lovely apartment near St Pauls and we had a fantastic time, very clean apartment, key collection was easy and the price was below anything we could find in the area.

I went to my brothers wedding in north london. I found out my hotel had over booked so when I arrived I had no room. I searched everywhere for a place to stay someone sent me a link to citystay ... I was a bit concerned as I had never really used a service like this, the team was great and really looked after me I can honestly say I will no longer book at fancy hotels I felt so chilled out and was able to do my own thing not worrying about missing breakfast at 8am thanks guys !!!
