Stay TF away

Stay away. This company is just another scam. They send you chatgpt emails, that make no sense. I was led to believe that they'd have my money recovered in 7 months max, while they agressively hounded me to pay their fee, because, you know, they have legal depts and people to pay in order to recover your funds. It's been 16 months and guess what, nothing but poorly written "legal letters" that they want you to disperse to the police and the exchanges. They do not listen to you no matter how many times you ask them something. Oh, and, you'll have multiple case managers who are completely inept. I've given up on any recovery, this company is about as legit as the scammers that scammed me. Keep what money you have left and run.

CLAIM JUSTICE IS SCAM CORPORATION

I got scammed heavy by scammer. Claim justice begged me for the case saying how easy it will be to get my money. But I must pay them 20,000 first . Now 18 months later , I have #6 case manager and I haven't moved forward at all. The past few weeks they haven’t responded to email or phone calls to customer service. Stay away from this operation. 100% scam . They are very tricky, act like they wanna help but all they want is to scam you . Stay away please

THE EXPERIENCE OF BEEN SCAMMED

It was terrible knowing most of the so-called pastors were in wolf clothing. I trusted this pastor but I ended up being scammed and he was on LinkedIn defrauding other people. #90000 is a lot of money. I thought I would raise money for my mother's operation and I ended up being scammed. I will be so happy if my money is returned. And will talk about CJ

I have never been done more dirty by a company than Claim Justice

I have never been done more dirty by a company than Claim Justice. Starting from the very first point of contact in which their representative rudely pressured me into closing a deal with them, even after I explained to him that the money he was about to charge me would be my very last dollar, considering I was looking to hire a LAWYER* to assist me in retrieving my entire life savings that had been scammed out of my pocket. (when I say entire, I am in no form exaggerating, I was scammed out of every single penny I had to my name and was using whatever I had left in credit cards to hire Claim Justice for help). I emphasize on the word lawyer because through the entire process of first contact and until I decided to seize doing business with Claim Justice, no representative ever took the moment to clarify that in fact, I was not actually hiring a lawyer at all, even after I referred to the person that was working my case multiple times as a LAWYER, even after I repeatedly referred to their staff as such and explicitly stated my need for LEGAL AID.
Once I finally was given the truth about what services they were providing, I was absolutely shocked and immediately expressed my dissatisfaction with their lack of transparency and let them know I would be requesting a refund through my credit card (since this was a point of sale when I was hesitant on spending my last dollar on these crooks).
I promptly filed a complaint with my financial institution, which ensued direct HARASSMENT from Claim Justice representatives, calling me incessantly during my work and late night hours.
They were able to have my banks rule in their favor due to a technicality that they had "started working on case" - and by that, they mean - took my own words from a detailed description I had sent in explaining what had happened, adding a few words and sending it back to me telling me to send it to my bank (I thought I was hiring someone to represent me, why am I being told to send the letter (that I wrote) to my bank? I had already contacted my bank plenty of times before hiring Claim Justice to take on the case for me, specifically because all my efforts on my own had gotten me nowhere).
Once my financial institution ruled against me on the refund, I asked Claim Justice to then (unfortunately) continue working on my case since they were going to keep my money (2 grand by the way) and they simply refused.
I was extremely confused since they were keeping my money, refused to give me a refund but now are also refusing to work on my case. I asked for clarification on how that made any sense and was simply told that if I wanted them to get back to working on my case, I would have to shell out more money. When I continued to enquire about how that made any sense, I began to be ignored.
I was better treated by the people who scammed me out of my entire life savings than by Claim Justice. That's the level of TERRIBLE this company is. They somehow managed to be worse and more unprofessional than the people who scammed me in the first place.
STAY AWAY from these horrible SOULLESS FRAUDSTERS!

Claim Justice epitomizes the worst aspects of corporate malpractice and demonstrates a complete disregard for the wellbeing of their clients. it takes a real cold heart to take money from someone who is coming to you for help after being robbed clean of their funds.

Claim-Justice appears to be very interested in recovering my money and their employees seem very intelligent. Title : 8-9 month update

So far since Aug. 2023 I had a nice case manager Elene. She scheduled calls and was very helpful. I received a email from her that she was promoted. Now I have Iazli ? Someone new. I spoke to him once maybe 2x that was it so far.
I hope & have faith that CJ can do the job I done all my foot work the forensic files were good & I passed it on to the FBI & USSS.
I am curious about the extra money to retrieve my whole crypto currency account. This would be fantastic.
My experience sofar is to have faith in Claim- Justice to do as I was told for the money I had to run up a charge card & now costing me more money that I really don’t have Ipay $260 interest every month. I hope they can do their part I done mine…. But no recovery of any physical account with my stolen money.

Recent efforts and activities regarding my case.

I am writing this review with regards to my current case manager Megi Beridze. She has been great at keeping lines of communication open and taking charge of my ongoing struggles to retrieve my stolen BTC and ETH. Unfortunately the previous case manager dropped the ball at a critical time in the recovery process, causing a 3 month delay! I can only hope that real progress is made in the near future to recover these cryptos, as it has been a long and tedious process. Hopefully we are nearing the end...

I recommend Anono Lorchoshvili @ Claim-Justice to do a good job for me.

My journey started out a little confusing because my case was being passed around to different case managers. When Anono first started my case she was sure to convince me that she would stay with my case all the way through.
I appreciate the way Anono is handling my case. She keeps in contact with me and makes sure I know what progress is being made.
I feel confident she is on my side and will fight for me until the end.

After losing another 20000 to this…

After losing another 20000 to this company I can tell you to stay away. They have more stories than Dr Suess . Nice people but they take your money, make promises and do nothing. Stay as far away as possible. Now in all fairness there may be more than one company using this name but if you get a rep named Oscar run away.

I’m writing this review about my case…

I’m writing this review about my case manager that I have now named Megi Beridze . I’ve have had at least 6 case managers in my 2 years involved with Claims Justice and to be completely honest a couple have been pretty good, but it was short lived. I have been extremely stressed out because of what I was told compared to what actually got done. Now that I have Megi she has been so awesome and I love working with her. I’m not familiar with how all this process works to retrieve my money that I was scammed out of, but Megi has been there and helped fill out the forms that needed for me to do. I have never filed a complaint with the FBI are any other scam recovery entity other than my little local Sheriff Department so I did not know if I was doing it correctly, so Megi set up a zoom call with me and helped me with the entire process. She was absolutely amazing and very patient with me a non tech guy. I hope and pray that she stays my CM until this process of recovery my money is complete. I’m not knocking the company as a whole I was just told things in the beginning that wasn’t completely true and the process. I look forward to working with Claims Justice and Megi through the rest of the process. This 5 star as of right now as I’m typing this goes to Megi for being so patient with me and truly concerned about what the objective is here. The non tech guy. Thank You DP
