  1. Law firm

Written by the company

Claimsmiths started out as the working title of the Volume Litigation team within its sister firm, Brandsmiths. The idea was that Claimsmiths would apply the same award-winning levels of skill, customer service and results that Brandsmiths are known for, to volume litigation. The approach and ethos remains the same, but given the rapid growth of both businesses Claimsmiths was created. We offer the highest levels of service under a Conditional Fee Arrangement (often known as ‘no win, no fee’) through our established solid relationships with litigation funders and insurers. Claimsmiths has a team of expert solicitors with experience in commercial and finance contracts. Our lawyers apply that knowledge to a range of consumer claims, relating to mortgages, financial contracts, housing disrepair and misuse of data.

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost! My claim have been going on for two years with hardly no communication! Was made an Offer for my housing disrepair of nearly £1500 and with all fees etc taking out they paid me a £10 😭😭 what an absolute insult! I’m taking this further.
