Walked into the Bury store of Clarks and was met by Megan. I explained my mother needed to have her feet measured as they were swollen and sore which Megan proceeded to do. She then got together lots of shoe choices and different widths for my mother to try on and was so kind and patient.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful

Bought new school shoes for my daughter in Clarks Solihull branch today, we were served by Lana who was very friendly and helpful, good efficient service and a pleasure to deal with, highly recommend.

Me and my daughter went into Clarks at chesterfield early in the morning and were helped by Jenny. She was lovely. She made the right amount of jokes, was polite and gave us enough space and advice to help us choose the correct shoes. She used her expertise to ensure the shoes adequately fitted my daughter's feet and that she was happy and comfortable in them. Overall a good experience, we were in and out quickly and had her full attention. 10/10 recommended.

Brought my daughters first pair of shoes today in Newport, Isle of Wight. We were served by a lovely lady (Sam B) who was amazing with my daughter and her older sister. I was talked through all the different fittings of my daughters foot and advised on the first walkers due to her learning to walk. Amazing service.

We have been to the Leigh store in Greater Manchester twice this week. The staff there are so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. We had our youngest grandson who is only 2 and the member of staff who was quite young was marvellous with him. She measured his feet and after several searches found a pair of shoes for his size. This was great as we bought two pairs yesterday for his older sister. What a saving in these difficult times.

Went to Clarks shoes in trafford centre to purchase school shoes whilst browsing we were approached by a someone who I presume was a sales assistance,she asked would you like your child's feet measured .
Our reply oh yes please I could see the foot measuring slide scale next to the seating area ,she then said one minute and came back with a ticket and proceded to hand it to me , it should only be 5 or so minutes . I came to purchase shoes not stand in a queue to have my child's feet measured when ever you feel available to do so.If you do not have this service available why offer it. Needles to say left the shop and spent my cash somewhere else .

We arrived at Clark’s in Bury and were met by a welcoming smile from Matilda. We tools our challenging 18 month old granddaughter. I say challenging because she does not like strangers and hates having her feet measured. Matilda was very professional and managed to get her feet measured and help us choose two lovely pairs of shoes.

We bought shoes for my 10 year old granddaughter and 3 year old grandson at the Inverness branch. Mike was exceptionally helpful and patient throughout the process and we left with 2 pairs of great quality shoes at a reasonable price. We will be back again for more shoes!

I visited the Bolton store in the Market Place. We had purchased a pair of special trainers on Father's Day. Unfortunately one of them developed a small bump inside and became uncomfortable. We took them back to the shop and Chelsea, the assistant was so kind and helpful. There was no demur about an exchange and she arranged a next day delivery with no extra cost. They arrived exactly as promised. Thank you Clarks. It was a pleasure to shop with you!

I visited the Blackburn shop with my son on Wednesday, the 28th, we were very welcome and the shop assistant no 280- maariyah was very helpful, we left the shop happy and beaming with smiles, we are glad and happy with our purchase, will recommend it at anytime. Shout out to maariyah, thanks for being so helpful.

Visited the Clarks Outlet Shop at Cheshire Oaks today and purchased 4 pairs of shoes.
I was very impressed with the choice of shoes available and the staff were helpful ,especially Marion who made sure that I received the best deal possible with their current 2 for 1 offer .
I shall return.

Today I went with my toddler grandson to the Colchester Clarks Shoe Shop. Debbie measured and fitted his new shoes. The experience was professional and fun and nothing is too much trouble.

There is a sale on at the moment with so many bargain shoes and handbags which distracted me a little from the purpose of my visit.
There are Sandals that I really liked and are selling fast I also have a handbag in mind so although I resisted today -----`watch this space.`!

AS I have some difficulties with finding well fitting footwear I went to have my feet measured at Clarks Shoe Shop in Grimsby. I was given the help I needed not only in getting my feet measured, but with finding the footwear suitable. Nothing was too much trouble for Sam who served me. He was polite, helpful and said to take my time so as to get the best result. I am very happy with my purchase and will go there again.

my partner and I were browsing in the Basingstoke store with no particular intention to buy but thanks to Emma’s excellent service along with Blue Light discount we purchased both sandals and sneakers.

Clark in Manchester Fort has great customer service and the staff are very attentive

Having bought Clark's shoes for many decades and happy with the quality and service until now - I have returned the last 3 pairs of sandals to them. the magnetic clip on one pair broke within weeks, I then returned to the store and these were eventually exchanged for another pair ( which were more expensive so I paid the difference). these lasted maybe 2 weeks and the heavy stitching on these sandals just disintegrated whilst on holiday. I went again to the local store in Berwick on tweed and these too were eventually exchanged for another pair of the same model. when I arrived on holiday as soon as I wore them, there was excessive dye- staining my feet jet black. I reported this to the store on my return who informed me I had to deal with their customer service department - what a joke that was. having sent them photos of stained feet and images of sandals they decided the sandals had no fault ! so I am left with an inferior pair of goods not fit for purpose. 3 pairs of sandals all with different faults - quality had deteriorated and I won't be buying from Clarks again for sure

The fastest customer service in the UK, not to mention their efficiency on solving the problem (which was in fact caused by me not collecting itens bought in a timely manner!) and friendliness! Fantastic work, thank you Redone for all your help!

A good range of styles and colours. The two assistants were helpful and gave a prompt service helping me with shoes and a handbag.

This lovely young girl Poppy, severed me at Clarks Eastleigh last week, she was an amazing help with finding me exactly what my daughter wanted and i couldn’t have asked for anything better.
