I shopped at Blackburn Lancashire. I was served by Julie Assistant No. 800. I am a diabetic and require personal care. She was excellent and too very good care of me. I bought Loop Stride in Burgundy that fitted me perfectly and I know that I would enjoy wearing these shoes.

Julie at Clarks, Newbury, was brilliant. She took so much care in making sure the fit was right for our daughter’s school shoes, and patiently collected several pairs from the storeroom until the right one was found. Our daughter is delighted with her shiny new school shoes and says they are very comfortable too!

I visited Clark’s shoes in the Grand Arcade Wigan to buy my great grandson sandals and it was a pleasure to shop there. The staff were friendly, helpful and nothing was to much trouble. There was a wonderful selection on display and I highly recommend this shop. Thank you to Michelle, Linda and Kat your excellent staff.

Clarks have a good range of sandals with plenty of choice in colours. I was able to get exactly what l wanted in my size and was served Kiran who was helpful, friendly and professional.

Friendly service and advice on best shoes for me. Good advice on accommodating insoles. The manager Raj was knowledgeable about products available.

Following a disappointing visit to a previous shop, we went to Clarks at Rushden Lakes and with help from Nathan managed to buy the shoes we were looking for. So thanks Nathan, we will visit you again for more footwear when needed. 🙂

Went into Clarks shoes in Newport Isle of Wight today. Super helpful sales person Sam. Came out really happy with my purchase.

Great service at Clark’s St Albans. Took my mum in to get some shoes as she has special footwear requirements. Richard took great care of her. He was very patient and made some good suggestions. She was really pleased and will definitely go back. So will I!

I went into the Coventry Clark’s store looking for some new work shoes for myself and the lovely manager called Richard went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. I went to this store about 2pm with my friend who has learning difficulties, So I explained what we needed and Raj showed us a variety of shoes we chose a couple of pairs that Raj brought down and prepared and after trying them on we purchase both pairs. Raj was so patient and kind treating us with respect and was very professional. He is a credit to the store. So Raj, I hope you see this I want to say thank you so much, it was a pleasure to meet you ☺️

Sally in the Stroud store was very helpful and patient when I went into the shop on Saturday afternoon. As I entered I was greeted then left to browse, which was nice, a couple of minutes later Sally asked if I would like to try on the shoes I had in my hand. I shall be back again soon.

I visited Clarks Shoes Welwyn Garden City and was served by Mark. He was an excellent assistant and most helpful. The size and colour I wanted had to be ordered which he told me and offered me delivery at home as well as Click and collect. He did his job more than well and will encourage me to return to that store in future.....good customer service.

Today, I came to the Clarks store in The Quadrant Swansea. I was served by Bella and Mia. They both put me at ease as soon as I entered the store. They were both extremely helpful and very professional. They brought me a large selection of shoes in different sizes to try on. I was so pleased to leave the store with 3 pairs of shoes. I would definitely recommend Clarks Swansea to family and friends. I will definitely be returning. Well done
