Mike delivered a training session to our team in West Kirby and we cannot thank him enough. Mike delivers the training in an easy to understand and follow format. Would highly recommend Mike at Class Training.

We have used Mike at Class Training for a number of years for our First Aid courses for staff.

The courses are really informative, allow staff to ask questions and he adjusts the course to the environment to make it especially relevant for our staff. He offers practical tips and advice and makes sure everyone gets the most from the courses.

Mike is a fabulous trainer. All of the information was clear and concise. He followed a good pace and presented it in an interesting way - our attention and interest didn't waver once during 2 full day sessions. Mike also worked very hard to ensure we were all comfortable and went above and beyond to ensure we were warm during a very cold and windy storm. Thank you!

I went in to this First Aid at Work course a bit nervous, because I don't do blood...at all. Mike however, really fills you with a lot of confidence. HIs matter-of-fact approach is refreshing.

Mike from Class Training is a great instructor, I hadn't done any first aid training for a while, the way he conducted the training was really influential, practical and enjoyable. As I was only on a one day refresher course it was very beneficial and there is also a two and three day course available and would recommend to anyone who is considering taking a first aid course to consider Class Training.

Excellent and very informative course. I know feel confident in giving assistance to anyone who may require it. The instructor was friendly and managed to keep everyone on the course attentive throughout with the way the information was presented. Would recommend this company to all.

Mike actually was standing in for another trainer, who delivers our First Aid basic training to about 20 staff for a day - something we undergo every three years. He came all the way up to Cumbria for us and delivered a well-paced, easy-going and informative day for us all.

Everybody found it useful and enjoyably-presented with up to date information. Mike covered defibs as well, and injected just the right amount of gentle humour and wit to help the day seem relaxed and fun.

Excellent training day, covering a wide range of important material for everyday first aid awareness.

Perhaps more importantly, your training was used the very next day by one of my staff outside her own home when she found a fallen neighbour (who ended up needing an ambulance). In particular, your advice about a blanket on the ground to insulate in the cold was put to good use.
