The assessor arrived on time, was professional and friendly, and conducted the assessment quickly and efficiently. She also answered any questions I had about the process. I received my EPC certificate the next day, and even been provided advice on how to improve the energy efficiency of my property. Overall, the company provided a competitive, fast, professional and friendly service. I highly recommend Clifton Energy to anyone in need of a commercial EPC assessment.

Nina went above and beyond in sorting two commercial EPCs to a tight deadline. Both properties were under contract and we were due to complete the sale within a few days. Nina made sure we were kept in the loop throughout gaining access with the occupiers and managed to get the certificates over to us within a few hours. Very efficient, friendly and your efforts in getting these sorted for us is greatly appreciated.
