Independent decision to review without prompt.
Chris did the survey on our house. What a guy. Prompt, thorough and exceptional service. No doubt worth the money. Explained outcome to us (on the same day) very simply and clearly (as requested being first time buyers). Additionally, very personable in communication which is always nice! I would recommend Chris if you’re thinking about getting a survey.

Chris was absolutely amazing throughout! We were unsure at first whether to have a survey but we are so glad we did and glad we chose this company. Chris gave us a quote within the same day as contacting and he completed the survey the week after. We had a phone call to explain the report on the same day as he saw the house and we received the official report a couple of days later. Chris is thorough, professional, and very clear in his communication and provided a very detailed and easy to read, report on the conditions of the property. We also liked that Chris was able to have a laugh with us whilst remaining professional. We are so happy we chose Chris and Coast Property Surveyors and would choose them again if we need in the future. We would recommend to anyone and will be! Thank you Chris!

I received a survey today from Coast Property Surveyors. I was torn between buying a new iPhone or getting a survey done on a home that I want to buy and I’m glad that I chose the survey .What a very thorough survey from an enthusiastic and knowledgeable surveyor .
