Took them 6 month to successfully deliver me a foam insert in Switzerland and half answered my mail.

The worst worst WORST company to deal with!!!! Placed an order for foam, they shipped it, I received it but they didn't ship the correct foam. I called, I emailed, I basically harassed them until they responded. I sent them pictures of the issue and was told they would ship the correct foam. That was in March 2025, here we are in June 2025 and nothing. They didn't answer emails, they don't answer the phone and they don't respond to voicemails. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Ordered from this merchant on 31 August 2024 with the understanding from the merchant that ‘custom cuts need “3-4 weeks for production time.” It is now mid-December and I have yet to receive my order even though Cobra Foam charged my credit card immediately. After several email inquiries went unanswered Cobra foam finally created a shipping label in late October and promised the item would ship in several days. As of mid-December the Fedex website show that they have still not received the item to ship. Cobra Foam has not responded to multiple subsequent email inquiries. Am currently disputing the charge with my bank and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If you go onto the Better Business Bureau’s website you will see many similar complaints about Cobra Foam Inserts.

This company is obviously overwhelmed and unable to manage their business. Their website gives the impression that basic items are in stock, ready to ship. When you place your order, your credit card is immediately charged; then, you wait months without response to your inquiries about your order. A quick look on Google Earth at 13010 San Fernando Rd, Sylmar, CA 91342 gives the appearance of a one man show, too busy to manage their business.
I still am waiting for my order. Who knows if I will ever see it, or get a truthful response?

They are either a SCAM or totally incompetent. They were supposed to have my order in stock, but it has now been over a month. And they refuse to answer my emails. I am filing an official complaint with MASTERCARD in hopes of getting a refund. ORDER #21768. Last email (before this evening) was sent 14 days ago - with no reply.

Purchased from this company several times in 2021 and 2022. Foam products were great. However, difficult to get a hold of anyone. Had to cancel our last order on 2-1-2022 for order 16322. Had to contact several times to cancel. Then, when they finally confirmed it canceled, they never refunded my money back to my CC. Very disappointed with basic business 101 stuff.
