The email kindly asks to allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be processed, which is industry standard. A return confirmation email was sent on 19 January in this case. Far too short - not made for any form of curve
The material and actual dress itself is beautiful but unfortunately the measurements just aren’t very accurate. I ordered the 12/14-16 size in the ruffle hem croc print satin shirt dress (I’m normally a 12-14 in dresses) and it doesn't even cover the bottom portion of my bum cheek (let alone the front!!). It is far too short mostly because the measurements don’t account for any form of curve unfortunately.

Ordered the mystery box so I knew that I could get anything. But it really did just feel like they had scrapped the barrel of what lever they had lying around and shoved it in a bag. One of the items also smelt like it had previously been worn. There may be ones where what you get is worth it but I would honestly avoid - waste of your money

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. I'm so sorry you felt unhappy with the Mystery Bag you received. Prior to the Mystery Bags going live on our site we did explain the T&C's of this purchase in as much detail as we possibly could. We posted numerous videos and showed example bags on our website and social media channels. We really reinforced the fact that this was a mystery purchase and to only buy into this if you were happy to potentially receive styles not to taste as they'd not been chosen by yourself. By purchasing a bag, the terms were agreed to. I can assure you that we did not 'scrape the barrel' we did explain that some pieces would be sample pieces and styles from past collections, however many many styles included actually came from our site and available in our current sale. These bags are meant to be a treat, something fun and exciting, and because of this we offered them for such a great price. The value of most of these bags would be in excess of £150 and we offered them for £35 so that people could really buy into this and receive some great styles for no more than £7 each. I'm so sorry this didn't turn out as you expected. I appreciate that the Mystery Lucky Bag purchase may not be for everyone, however based on the feedback we have received from many of the other purchases I do feel it was a great success this year.

I loved the dress but it fell apart
I loved the dress but after just 1 wear the stitching fell apart. I am size 14 and dress was a large so not stretched!! I asked for a partial refund or a new dress but they refused and asked me to send it back so they could sew it up and send it back. I can sew it up but that's not the point. Very disappointed in the company! On reading other reviews it seems I'm not the first to experience this and their replies always seem to blame the customer. Mine was FAULTY not up to trading standards, small company or not!!!
** update** they do not know as I don't know if the dress was faulty on delivery as I didn't check it and shouldn't have to!!!!! I am not going to pay to send it back and for the company to get a needle and cotton when the rest might fall apart too. The company need to start taking responsibility

I'm sorry you disagree with the outcome. The dress was sent out in a perfect condition without any defects and the defects only occurred after the dress has been worn and washed. As the item wasn't shipped out with a manufacturing defect we offered to take a look over the garment and offered to repair as a goodwill gesture if necessary. In this instance we do feel we have done everything we can to help resolve this matter. We always do our everything to try and resolve any issues. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn and washed.
