Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Like almost every other review posted in the past few months, I ordered goods and haven't received anything.
I've emailed them several times and have not received any replies either.
I've now filed a PayPal dispute to recover my money.

Like everyone else I got scammed

Like everyone else I got scammed. Ordered in October, still haven't received my products, I even offered for them to send me an alternative cheaper option because they said there was stock issues. No answer to my request for a refund.

My order never arrived, the company initially promised they would follow up & resolve, but despite several subsequent emails failed to do so, & eventually didn't bother responding to my emails completely.

Poor customer service.

I wish I'd read these reviews before…

I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. I eventually received my order, 4 months late. Many emails sent, many promises broken. And they cancelled my quidco cashback for no reason. Just go somewhere else.

STAY AWAY: Goods never delivered, and no refunds or responses.

Ordered an item from their website in December and was contacted shortly after to be told it was out of stock, and to ask whether i'd be ok waiting for it to be back in stock.

I have since asked for a refund (a month ago), but have not received any response, or any indication that anyone is even reading their emails any more.

Stay away.

6 months since ordering and still nothing.

I've been waiting for my order since August of last year (6 months ago at the time of writing). Every time I contact them, they blame covid and say the filters will ship to me shortly. Looking at the previous reviews, I don't hold out much hope for getting my order or a refund.

Criminal oxygen wasters

Disgusting vile people/company, criminal, no other words. I placed a £60 order on January 1st, it is now February 12th and I’ve established with them and their crap communication that I want a refund instead. Was told I’d receive that about 2 weeks ago. They know full well what they’re doing, they’re not busy, they’re not unaware or under-staffed. They are down right thieves and criminals. Avoid this “company”. Report them to all authorities and leave horrendous reviews wherever you can.

I bought an item on Sep 2021, canceled the purchase, and asked for a refund, which has never happened!!! They say a different excuse every time, but never my money back. It is NOT a trustful company.

I ordered £80 worth of goods in September 2021 it’s now February 2022 and after 3 emails to try to get my goods delivered they still haven’t delivered. I am now trying to get my money back. Really awful company really disappointed.

Extremely disappointed with this…

Extremely disappointed with this company. Am awaiting a refund for coffee not in stock...and have now been waiting for several months.
It is frustrating not being able to make them act to process my refund.
Will NEVER (attempt to) buy from them again.

No coffee?!

Same as everyone else - ordered a box for a birthday and haven’t received it. The payments options were only Amazon (which didn’t work) and bank transfer. I queried this as being suspicious but they said they were making website changes and that credit card payment would be up again soon.

After paying, several weeks ago, I am yet to receive anything. They apologised today that it had got lost between them and the courier. Having looked at these reviews, I have now asked for a refund.

Such a shame, we have used coffee box in the past and they were great! Don’t know what’s happened!

They don’t deserve a 1 star!

They don’t deserve a 1 star!! DON’T BUY FROM THEM. GOODS DO NOT ARRIVE AND PROMISED REFUND NOT RECEIVED. Luckily I paid by paypal so I eventually got money back through disputes.

DO NOT BUY - Appalling company.

DO NOT BUY - You will not receive your purchase. After paying for 1st class delivery, I am still waiting for my purchase weeks later. I have emailed Coffee Box but like everyone else, I have received NO reply. It seems that this company is a complete scam and will take your money but will not send you your purchases. I'm shocked after reading these reviews that a company like that can still operate. It goes without saying but if you are potentially looking to buy from this website, I strongly suggest you don't.

Dodgy company. Avoid

Absolutely appalling experience. I ordered a Clyde kettle from them months ago. Was showing as in stock when I ordered but turns out it wasn't. They told me each time I enquired about it that it was "due in at the end of the week". After repeating this three or four time in a row I decided they were just stalling and asked for a refund. Have heard nothing since. No reply to my emails. Am going to report to trading standards. Stay away from this company!
