Unfortunately, I still have not been able to use the code I paid for on 02.10.2025. My 100 Euros and 10.73 Euros in fees have been given to your company. Support wrote that if I tried to activate the code, it means it can be used. Of course I activated it, but it does not credit the money to the account. Perhaps I was just unlucky with your company; I will be wiser in the future.
UPDATE:
I am now physically in France, my Apple ID region is France, and my payment
method is French. I tried redeeming the Apple gift card again, and Apple
returns the following error:
“The code entered is not valid.”
This is NOT a region error. It means the code does not exist in Apple’s
system or was never activated by the merchant. CoinGate keeps replying with
a template message about “wrong region,” ignoring the actual Apple error.
I asked them to provide proof that the card was activated, replace the code,
or issue a refund. So far, they have not addressed the real issue.
This is not a region problem — this is an invalid or non-activated code.
I hope CoinGate resolves this, otherwise I will proceed with a payment dispute.

No refunds after 3 days
I bought a gift card and they couldn't deliver it, out of stuck. So after 24 hours, I asked for my refund, on Friday. They promised to send it within 3 business days, and still nothing.
So, not only they sell something they don't have, they also refuse to give my money back. Worst customer service, don't try them.

Proceed with caution.... They were offering a 1.24% deal. I processed the transaction to get the amount I need. They didn't honour the amount I was supposed to get.
Now I need to redo the transaction so they can get additional fees.
Update
The company reached out to address my concerns and provided voucher. They explained the situation. Which I now understood and makes sense.
Still proceed with caution, you will see random numbers on the screen, with little context, it is possible you could make the wrong assumption.
Also, no way to remove payment information.
