Having not given up an error on my side (bank side actually) made the support contact me. They guided and acted swiftly and offered several options to assist me. It was not there fault I missed a momentum to buy and I have to give them credit this time for good support and the staff is very polite. I therefore change my previous grade.

I went to Coinhouse last wednesday to collect information on crypto buying/selling and possibly buy some. The attendant was very friendly and clear when answering to my questions. He had a very open attitude and did no try to sell anything. Eventually I decided to purchase some cryptos. Once again he was very clear at presenting the process and the associated cost of service; moreover he provided me with a very good technical assistance. I was even called by phone yesterday to inform me that the operation had been completed. I feel this is a company you can trust in the crypto ecosystem.

There's been a misunderstanding. It is always possible to choose to send your crypto-currencies to your personal wallet. You have the choice during the purchasing process:

- Secure with Coinhouse's Bitcoin account
- Choose an external address (your personal portfolio)

If you wish to withdraw the funds that are on the Coinhouse wallet and send them to your personal wallet then you must complete a form as indicated on the platform. Soon, this process will be fully automated!
