I started using these for their tracking service and ease of drop off, for some thousand or so Items that are dispatched. I have had probably 5-8% of all my packages getting lost at a depot or just never getting delivered, that I have to then refund.
Their claims are an absolute joke. They don't refund you, even if you pay for the cover.
If you want to get in touch? Forget it, you're getting connected to an indian call centre after a 30 minute wait.

Bad Service
Parcels never seem to reach their destination using this service . Twice we have had to chase where a parcel has gone , so I only use this service if nothing else available .
