Ordered 2 cockpit cushions over a week ago, got one email to say that my order is confirm and payment was taken.
Been trying to contact them ever since. Got a email to say they couldn’t send my items and I would get refund in a few days.

Worst company ever
I ordered 2 seats from them on 2nd July 21 and then heard nothing. The reason I ordered from them was because they have a UK (Newton Abbott) depot address. So after many e-mails I get a reply saying that they are busy and because of Brexit it will take 3 weeks, then I get a DHL notification and a tracking number.....but nothing moves. So another few e-mails later to them and they eventually replied to say that it was sent on the 22nd July but they can't find it? I thought it was a scam site and was going to contact my credit card company to get a refund..but miraculously they replied....now I have a DHL bill for VAT £41.78 ?? Needless to say, rubbish company, customer service NIL points and will not be ordering anything from them ever again.

This company has terrible customer service. I spoke to a nice enough person in Germany, but they were not able to answer a query on a UK order and don't have a telephone number they can give you. This means the only recourse you have is unanswered emails, or returning goods once they bother delivering. All I want to know is when my order is being dispatched!
Shambles of a company
Easy to order, but as others have said this is where it goes downhill. I hadn’t received notification that goods were dispatched or with courier after almost 3 weeks from order. Sent chasing email to be told some b0ll0cks about the courier not accepting orders with a value > £139. This was now sorted (coincidence!) and courier would be doing delivery following week. Waited, still nothing, cancelled order and placed with Fox’s Chandlery who have been consistently good, and only £6 more, free delivery and goods arrived next day.
No customer service.
Received a confirmation of my order on 2 June, emailed to ask about delivery status on 9 June, no response. Called this moronic only to be told that they ( in Germany) have no access to the UK customer data so couldn't help.
Appalling company
Appalling company. It all looks very nice on the website, you get a lovely confirmation of order telling you how customer service will be happy to answer any queries.
All changes once they have your money. They ignore all email contact and if you are lucky enough to get an answer on the phone ( provided you don't mind getting cut off for the first few times), there's no one who speaks english! If your dumb enough, like me not to check reviews then make sure you use PayPal as the chargeback on a debit card takes months. They don't respond to bad reviews either!
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. Ordered a boat cover, nothing arrived, tried to contact with no reply. Ended up opening a case with PayPal to recover the funds. Total scammers. 😡

Additional: After much hassle I finally got my refund. Customer service is non existent. Steer well clear of this company.
A complete waste of time
A complete waste of time. They take your money and do nothing. Avoid these con men at all costs. I had to get payPal to get me a refund. Why these criminals are allowed to trade is beyond me. In the future, when dealing with a "company" for the 1st time I will check out thier reviews on Trustpilot to save me loads of grief.

Returns policy not well signposted
I sent this back, paying for a carrier and it was returned because of customs. In fact the company has a free returns service but I found the details on the website, not with the delivery. Hopefully they will refund the amount.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in 20 years.
It's now 19 days since I ordered something, I do have a tracking number from DHL, but we shall see if it arrives. I'm not confident.
At least I can go to Paypal for the money if it doesn't.
They have responded to emails which is better than some have had. But I deeply regret my decision to buy anything.

A terrible company to deal with. I placed an order and paid straight away. After a couple of days I emailed them 3 times before getting any answer. I requested the order be cancelled and they stated they would cancel it and send a full refund. A couple of hours later I received an email from DHL saying they will received my item and will be delivering it. I haven't received a refund. I will be returning it.
Ordered an enders patio heater
Ordered an enders patio heater. I was worried after reading reviews stating scam but though I would allow a couple of weeks before claiming my money back. Package arrived today!
Email correspondence and updates on the site are poor as I was not kept up to date with progress of my order however I was able to contact customer support on two occasions for an update.
Overall could communicate and manage expectations better but I received my order in the end.

This is a scam. Items ordered never arrived, no response from the seller, no way to contact them, had to go through a PayPal dispute to get the money back.

Ordered a coupke of items worth c£200. Aknowledged payment immediately. Now they do not respond to my emails requesting dekivery details. Contact t/p in German and only gives opening times. Something fishy here. Oaid by credit card so looks like a section 75.
This person is simply a fraudster
This person is simply a fraudster. I stupidly ordered, and paid for, a £400 chart plotter, but it didn’t arrive and I’ve had no response to my emails. I tried phoning but they refused to speak English and I don’t speak German. Crooks, plain and simple. Of course I’ve got my money back via Section 75 of the UK Consumer Credit Act.
