Lenovo laptop had a broken hinge so could not open. Lenovo service center did not bother.
I brought to this one in Central. They fixed it quickly.
It's been over 9 mth and no problems.
Excellent service and durable repairs. Always recommend.

Great service! The response is very fast when you contact through email, and you can schedule dropping off your device for a complete assessment of the problem, there's a fee for the general "check up", but will be counted towards the full price of the repair/parts if needed. I'm always satisfied with the service, I've repaired my laptop twice (different, unrelated issues --one time it was a faulty charger, and the other some damage to the mother board), and they always give a great assessment of the problem, quick repairs, and fair prices. Last time I had an issue with my PC, and George was very helpful through email. I wouldn't go anywhere else in HK for computer repairs, I'll come back again if needed.

Always ask for George! He was the only tech who fixed my problematic Outlook and Gmail finally. I called many IT guys and none of them knew what the problem was. George spoke excellent English and was patient to explain to people like me who knew nothing about computers. Brilliant!

My Acer won't start even with a new charger. Totally hopeless. George checked it for me and found out, to my biggest surprise, that my charger is fake! He installed a new battery and a cheaper compatible charger. My laptop is working great again. Brilliant!
He also showed me how to correctly shut down my laptop thus preserving battery charge. I did not know that. It is not on user manual either.

Mr Wong is the expert in the field of laptop repairs. He is very patient in explaining the options & costs to me after confirming my Samsung needs repairing Windows. I was almost misled by a few shops into buying either a new harddrive or a new laptop which are completely not relevant.
