I usually don’t do reviews, but this company…I called Contact Cart to cancel my subscription. A week later I received an email saying my contacts is on the way, so I called by in to ask why’re y’all sending me contacts and I cancel my subscription. The lady was very understanding saying sorry and she will send me a return label. I sent the contacts back off as soon as I receive them. The company received the contacts July 19. Its Aug 5, and they keeping telling me the say thing you’ll receive your money next week. Is this website scamming people or what?

Placed an order for contacts two weeks ago as I was running low on dailies and need contacts for a vacation. I just contacted customer service to get a tracking number to make sure they would be here on time and they HAVENT EVEN SHIPPED. I paid over $110 for contacts and they can’t even mail them? Furious that I have to go on a beach vacation with glasses now.

I had a subscription with Hubble until my prescription changed and they did not carry it, I was offered ContactsCart as a suggestion (knowing they are affiliated) I placed my order and I've been very pleased. I have had no issues with my contacts or delivery and I also love that they give you an option to "Skip" a delivery free of charge. I will continue my subscription with them!!

I was bit worried when I saw there reviews but I was not disappointed it low price compared to other places and you do sign up for multiple orders but still there price is still unbeatable .. my contacts came a week later after I ordered then they were in perfect condition not expired as some people said and I couldn’t be happier thanks contactcarts

i was on hold for over 16 minutes just for them to hang up on me. then i did the chat and that was no help either just told me to email them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They will not tell you clearly that you are signing up for a subscription.
they make sure that you should not see it and once you sign up, you will get charged, all these reviews stating that are true!!
also their second brand is Hubble Contacts
check the reviews on them as well.

absolutely do not order from this company they sent contacts that were expired. It is factual that no one should use expired contacts as the solution can become old and acidic and harm your eyes beware of this company. It's a scam

My son ordered his contacts over a month ago, he still hasn't received them. He has been wearing the same pair that he got at the eye doctor's office for nearly two months. He did receive a tracking number but it stopped after July 1st and haven't heard anything since. He is about ready to go to a different place to get his contacts. Either send him his contacts or refund his money. There is no sense in this at all. I'm just a concerned mother.

Like many other reviewers, I was skeptical about purchasing contacts from Contacts Cart. I placed my subscription order late on July 15th and received them on July 24th, well within their 5-10 day promise. I emailed Contacts Carts a couple of times asking for status and they were very responsive. Don’t be afraid to try Contacts Cart! The contacts I received are great!!!! And I will continue doing business with Contacts Cart in the future. Give them a try; I think they are trying to redeem themselves!!

This is the craziest shopping experience I've ever had.
I ordered contacts, everything seemed fine. Then I received a charge for $123 (my initial purchase was about $80). I'd been enrolled into a subscription for contacts that weren't even my prescription, and they were on the way. I reached out to them asking why they'd been sent to me, why I'd been charged, and when I would receive a refund.
They told me to send the contacts back, and they'd send a return label. They never sent a return label. I've followed up three times. So that's $123 I'm out for a product I can't even use, didn't order, and don't need. They won't do anything about it. I'm also auto-enrolled for this prescription that isn't mine and can't have been verified with my doctor.
Then, I received the contacts that I'd actually ordered. I only received one eye's worth of contacts. I reached out to them again with photos and evidence, and they refuse to acknowledge that anything is wrong. They refuse to send me the other contacts! So that's another $86 I'm out.
THEN, there was a random charge for $56. For absolutely nothing. They did refund that charge, but only after I reached out.
So I've been charged a total of $259 dollars, and I have zero contacts I can use. And they refuse to refund a dime.

I ordered contacts on 7.8.21 and am still waiting for my contacts. When calling they said they are still in production. I called to cancel the subscription and no one is available to take the call. I went on chat and they said to call tomorrow. Very poor service

Horrid customer service. they changed my order and charged me double and when confronted they danced around the bush. They were very rude. When I ask a completely different question, they refuse to answer it and say that they already addressed it. Horrid. Will never do business here again.

This is the most bogus azz place I have ever ordered from. First they tell me my prescription is expired. It doesn’t expire until 2022 they claim it was the doctor who said it. BULLSHYT. I contacted my doctor and he said no such people even contacted his office. Now I can’t get anyone to answer the phone and give me money back. I’m going to report you guys to the fraud department. I wish I could them 0 stars because you deserve nothing.

I purchased some contacts from this company on July 6th, desperately needing some contacts as mine had run out and i was using my last pair (dailies) for a week now and from July 7th-13th my order status seemed to be stuck in “fulfillment” like most people in these reviews. I went on here and read the reviews (after the fact) and was immediately disheartened by all the bad reviews. I emailed them asking about my order status and that if I wasn’t going to ever get my contacts I wanted a refund, because having read all these reviews, I was scared of getting scammed.
However, to my surprise, a customer service rep answered my concerns very quickly and the next day my order had shipped out. It only took from the 13th til today (july 16th) to ship to me. I got them today! They were packaged well and upon inspection and putting in my first pair of these contacts, I noticed they were not torn or damaged like everyone else had claimed and these are amazing!! They are actually much better than the hubble lenses I was using on a budget as the hubble lenses always irritated my eyes and caused a lot of dryness. These are so much better and I love these despite being skeptical in the beginning! I think they take a bit longer for first time customers because they have to get your personal prescription in the warehouse before shipping it to you. They’re not just going to magically have your prescription laying around the warehouse, I mean not unless you want a bad fit or the wrong lenses. Maybe my experience was a lucky one, but I do recommend this company. They handled my concerns and shipped them within the timeframe they promised and I got exactly what I ordered. Actually very happy with this! Thank you 🙏

Ordered contacts from them was so excited and waiting. I go and check my email and it says that my subscription was canceled??? I go online and check to see that it still says im getting them shipped out. Then they tell me that my order was canceled in another email a few days later. They already took my money and have not paid it back. And all they said was the issue was that my eye doctor was not my eye doctor. Which is false cause i just went to her 2 months ago to get the prescription. Don’t trust these people. Just spend the money at 1800contacts for real not worth it. I lost $50

I’ve had a terrible time trying to get a refund for contacts that they sent me which were dried out! They had also given me the wrong subscription so I can’t use anything that was sent to me. They say it’s a class 2 medical device so they can’t refund it for me even though they sent me the defective product. I had to go buy new contacts and now I’m out double the money with no resolution in sight. They do not call your doctor to verify the prescription and then there was no way for me to double check my order after ordering. Very stressful situation for someone who’s legally blind.

An even worse experience, I emailed Contact Cart as requested but unfortunately had a robot give me the runaround 4 TIMES.. it requested my prescription information and I sent it in four times as they asked with out any empathy or answers to my questions then suddenly they closed out my email with out fixing anything. I’m more upset then what I previously was. Contact Cart has now not only cost me a lot of money but now hours of wasted time trying to get a refund or the correct contacts sent to me. This is absolutely unprofessional and unkind.
3xs terrible service, i was recently informed that they could’ve refunded me as long as it was within 30 days but since they ghosted me and stopped responding to me I lost out on my refund.
They recently sent me a coupon in my email and I had to hit accept to claim it. Well when I did it started up my SUBSCRIPTION again! Ughhh I had to go online to cancel it through live chat and they told me they would but didn’t!

No one will ever answer the phone at this company. I've been trying for 2 weeks to get a hold of someone to cancel my subscription (on hold for 40 minutes to only receive the message no one is available). By design, it's nearly impossible to cancel your subscription with them although their Terms say "If you wish to cancel your subscription you may do so at any time by calling us". I guess that doesn't mean they're legally obligated to actually answer the phone. This is obviously a way to scam you out of money. Stay far away unless you want to be perpetually charged.

I was a fool by ordering lenses before Reading the reviews because I got excited when I saw that they were 60% off. Every day I have to call this company to see where the contact lenses are. You have the option to email them and chat with them online or place a phone call. It is pointless to chat with them online they get barely give you any information. When you email them they are not prompt and they do not email you back as soon as they should. When you call they barely give you information they don’t know when somethings going to ship out they just say sometime soon. When ordering if you have a different prescription for instants if you have a stigmatism they do not let you order both size you have to order each eye separately then you have to wait for it to come as they don’t sell them at the same time. No one cares about the frustrations that you have all I want is my contacts. I don’t know why it’s so difficult and ordering contacts. Next time I’ll learn my lesson and read reviews before purchasing. Now it’s all just a waiting game and hope that I get my contacts.
