Excellent service, great price and my lenses were sent really fast (and I have astigmatism so they often take longer).
When I moved abroad cancelling was a breeze, quick and polite customer service. I'll use them again when I'm back in the States.

I was already unsure once I read the reviews after placing my first order. Now a year later I’ve gotten an email that another order will be processed in 3 days and was directed to a “manage orders” button. However when I tried to log in to cancel my renewal it said there was no account associated with my email. Makes no sense, how did I get an email about renewal but can’t use that same email to log in? I contacted the help email and was told that email belongs to their sister company and that some one would reach out to me. It is now almost day 3 and this is unacceptable if I am charged this amount without being able to log in or grt technical support.

I was hoping for a good experience but after 5 plus emails back and forth with them constantly saying the contacts were shipped, then emailing again saying they needed the prescription verified, then yes we got your prescription, then wait, we need it again, only to finally have them maybe shipped to be lost in the mail, arriving late. STILL WAITING, no contacts. Will definitely cancel before my next order and get contacts from somewhere else who can actually ship.

I have been ordering contacts from here for a while and never had an issue until recently. I get auto ships every month and they somehow screwed up my city on my address and after multiple complaints I’m a week delayed in getting my contact lenses and have NONE LEFT!! all they could tell me is that it’s coming and they can’t give me any free replacements because the package was not marked lost! TERRIBLE SERVICE and I’m angry I still have no contact lenses after a week

after 2 weeks of waiting, i asked for an update, which took 3 days, when I was told that my order didnt make it into their system, but my credit card was charged. They wanted me to open a new account and place the order again before issuing a refund. If this sounds like a scam, its because it is. Stay far far away.

They sent them great that was September then I see a charge on my credit card for $205 from them on January 5 What ? I didn't know it was a subscription. Well I get the contacts that I don't need call them and cancel and now I have to return them ugg for a full refund. Yikes they weren't clear about how their company works

I made a purchase for a single order and they signed me up for a subscription service I had no idea about. I received an email saying I will be receiving contacts soon but of course I didn’t see that email or ordered anymore contacts. Today I was charged $88.00 through PayPal. I contacted PayPal and they cancelled the subscription. Hopefully my payment doesn’t go through or I will be fighting to get a refund per other reviews. I don’t have $88.00 and on a strict budget so this is not good for me. I will never buy again from this company

Contacts Cart started off great for years. But the last 2 deliveries never came. I notified them both times. The first time they corrected the issue and made sure I got what I paid for. The 2nd time they basically said tough luck and have paid them $110 for absolutely nothing but frustration. I don’t like leaving reviews but when I feel like I was robbed I will let other people know. I don’t know if there was a change in the company recently but it is not good. I can’t be risking that much money without receiving anything!! I’m done with them.

Oh where to begin.
I had initially ordered contacts from ContactsCart. They held shipping to verify my RX with my optometrist. No problem, I get that.
First issue: They sent the incorrect lenses, AFTER verifying with my optometrist. I require toric lenses, not standard. Kinda hard to screw that up.
Second issue: I attempted to contact their email support, as their website instructed. No response for 3 days.
Third issue: I called phone support and got a recorded message saying their phones were down, twice. Called back, and spoke to a rep who informed me that I would have to email for support on an exchange and return, and they would respond within 24-48 hours. Well, he just didn't want to hear that I had already waited 72 hours for a response.
Fourth issue: After sending my contacts back, they arrived at the warehouse on Dec 13th. After emailing again Dec 15th inquiring how long a refund would take, I was told 2-3 weeks. After explaining that I had provided pictures in my initial email showing that the contacts were not even opened, and asking for an explanation on why I need to wait for their screw up, I got the same reply. "I understand that you need the refund however it will take time for our fulfillment team to check it." Please explain why it takes 2-3 weeks to check if a box is opened or unopened?
Looks like I fell for the scam, as apparently many other have.

I ordered contacts from this company and they emailed me and said that they needed my paper prescription well. So I didn't have time to jump and go get it the minute they said so so they went ahead and mailed out what I had written which was wrong and I had emailed them and asked them if these were for astigmatism never. Never heard back make a long story short they mailed out the contacts with the wrong prescription on them and then tried to say well it was my fault now I have to stand in line for an hour at Christmas time to mail them back. I hate companies that always put the fault on the customer when it was their fault. Do not do not buy from this company

I just ordered from them and was a bit weary after seeing all of the poor reviews, however I got 2 boxes of 90 contacts for $52 and they also said it would take 10-15 days to arrive once shipped and it arrived within 3 days of receiving the “we’ve shipped your order” email. They also sent out emails to notify me once they contacted my optometrist and once the order had been received and shipped. Overall, I hardly ever write reviews but I had to this time bc I have absolutely no qualms

I would never order from this company again if I lived back in the States. Once I discovered I’d been charged for contacts twice after a single order, and didn’t sign up for recurring subscription I called and for it handled being sure that my account was cancelled. 3 months later in December I’m charged again. I called to get my refund since I no longer even live there and told that they’d get back to me within 2 hours once their shipping department confirmed that the contacts hadnt been sent. Never heard anything so called again and the sweet as pie agent assured me that it would be handled, I would hear back by the next day and that my account was closed. 4days now and no email as I asked to confirm I’d receive a refund. I just filed a dispute with my bank since this company is a scam. Bad business.

Do not order from this website. It immediately signed me up for a subscription that I didn’t want. I wasn’t even aware that I did sign up, and when I tried to log into my account, it said my email address wasn’t recognized. I was sent contacts I didn’t need, and now that I returned them, I got an email that they were received at the warehouse, but customer service is trying to tell me it may take WEEKS to get my money back. I called customer service and sent an email and they both didn’t help at all. So I’m out $130 for the unforeseeable future. Do not ever order from this website.

Worst customer service ever.
Got a recurring subscription on my account for contacts (first time ordering) and I saw a charge on my bank statement. No confirmation email that contacts were being sent to me. No information that I was going to be charged $90 (apparently it’s in their subscription contract they don’t have to do that… but let’s see how many customers you keep that way). So I called 2 days later to inquire about the charge. They said it was for the contacts subscription but it was 2x more expensive than what I paid originally. So I requested it to be cancelled. The agent said that if there were any problems she would contact me. I didn’t know that meant she would email me. I never saw this email regardless … I get tons of junk e-mail. Called again and agent stated I would have to send the contacts back (which I never received). Then she stated that I would then have to file a lost package 📦 with USPS in order to receive any type of reimbursement.
Sincerely just making me jump through hoops to make sure they keep my money.
Would NOT recommend. Also I called on the date I saw the email. Bc it was a Hubble contacts number but I called Hubble and they said it was their sister site and so then had to give me the number to call contacts cart. Will never do business with them again. WORST customer service. Would not recommend and I will make sure that everyone knows how terrible of an experience it was to at least get my $90 worth of no-contacts.

If there was a way to give a negative star I would.
Long story short I had been getting a ton of ads from instagram to try them so I did and opted to try out the 90 day supply of contacts since it would save money. Worst decision ever. Not being a vision expert I didnt realize that BC/Power have to be 100% accurate or you risk the lenses not fitting at all. They didnt have any contacts with my BC/Power so I chose the ones with the BC/Power closest to it (1 number off).
They didnt fit which means I obviously had to open the box to discover this. When I messaged them to try to send them back they said they couldnt take them back because the box was open. Counterintuitive to say the least. One cant happen without the other. After them sending me to various same leveled customer service reps, I repeatedly was told I cant be refunded despite none of the other boxes being opened. They also were unable to replace them with contacts that fit because for some reason, despite being a Contact company, they dont have my specific BC/Power. This is absolutely fraud. You can't issue out contacts and if they have a defect or don't fit the customer properly not allow them to return them or give any other option to rectify this.
They say they're "Dedicated to helping the world see clearly." This is a complete lie bc if you make the fatal mistake of trying on a pair of contacts that dont fit you're screwed. There's also no way to talk to managers bc apparently they can only be reached via their computer messaging system so you're stuck having to talk to non-empathetic csr's that could care less about your happiness and satisfaction as a customer. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

HORRIBLE!!!! Gave me the wrong prescription twice. Went back to check my receipt and I had ordered the right prescription. Can't get in contact with anyone in customer service. Horrible, awful, stay away. Trying to get my money back. Ridiculous.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! They have yet to email me a confirmation for my order of 2 boxes of contacts, and they did not respond to my email asking to CANCEL the order because I accidentally used the wrong prescription.
If they cancel my order, I will resubmit a new order with the correct details and then give them a positive review after that. But until they reach out, 0 stars.

If I can give a negative star, i will. They charged me for 2 boxes of 90days len but ship me 2 boxes of 30 days lens.
I returned both boxes and one of box was damage for transit. Now they only refund me for one box. The one box which they should refund for the price difference but they declined/refused to do so. That is ridiculous.

I spoke with a customer service rep yesterday regarding an unexpected charge on my account and while he did tell me that the refund would be issued in 3-4 days, I just received an email saying that "unfortunately they can no longer cancel it as it was already queued for shipment" despite me calling as soon as they debited my account. He claimed they sent me previous notifications as a reminder but not 1 could be found anywhere not even in the "junk" folder. I was not sent a receipt or invoice for the $187.98 they debited from my account so I have no idea what that paid for. I am disgusted and appalled that a company can treat potential customers this way! The email indicated the complicated process for returning the contacts which basically makes it sound impossible. These business standards are horrible and unacceptable. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, The FTC, and anyone else who will take interest.
