If I could give negative stats I would give -5. They tricked me into a subscription. Sent an order I didn't authorize a week before charging me making it so I couldn't cancel the return. 2 more weeks till I received it then immediately went to send it back and the post office wouldn't take their supposed qr code I was supposed to use and had to print a label. sent it back but had to dispute the charge with my bank. They told my bank wrong information and caused me to get charged for the item again! Recieved an email from contacts cart saying they recieved the product I returned but they still didn't give me a refund! This is the worst company I've ever done business with!!!

Don’t buy contacts here. I did receive my order but I couldn’t see in the contacts. I tried a few different days just to make sure it wasn’t my eyes acting dry or anything. Could not see properly. I emailed the customer service team to return them, telling them I used some of the contacts and they sent me instructions on how to return. When they received my return they told me the couldn’t give me a refund bc the boxes were opened. After multiple back and forth emails they ended up telling me I ordered the wrong type of contacts but they had confirmed with my Dr before proceeding so if it was wrong the order should have never been put through. I asked for a manager multiple times and received no response to that request. Just the same customer service agent emailing me why I can’t get a refund. So now they have the contacts and my money and I will never go for the cheaper option again.

I have to agree this is a scam. I was sent an email that my next order was coming up. Didn’t even remember I had a subscription.
Checked the email and said my order would be processed unless I cancelled. I clicked the link to “manage my account” and to login with my email address. I typed in the exact email they JUST SENT THE EMAIL TO and it said no account existed. I rechecked the email for typos MULTIPLE times. Still nothing. I clicked “forgot email” and was routed to an email to customer service. I emailed them. I’m mad. I’ve been charged $100 for the subscription. Needless to say I’m disputing these charges.
Now when I try to log in I put in my email and it says I’ve made too many attempts.

Not sure why everyone else had such a bad experience. I really can't complain. I got a big box of contacts for each eye (different Rx in each) for really cheap. They let you know when ordering that to get the cheap offer they will be signing you up for subscription and you can cancel it or change the frequency. I just changed mine to 355 days for frequency. If they pull anything funny like charging my card on the date I switched from, which is November 21, I will update and let y'all know. They were a little slow sending them out back in August when I ordered them so I sent an email, that took a few days too but right after getting a response I think they ended up in my mailbox on same day. But I was reading bad reviews that day and then all was good. I was ready to stop payment or dispute transaction and then surprise, they came. Yay!!!
I'm glad I found this site. Saved me about $100. And the quality of lens is perfect.
Hope everyone gets there issues resolved though. Just remember you can dispute trans if you didn't get what you paid for. Credit cards, PayPal, they all have buyer protection.

I placed and paid for an order through this company only for them to never ship my order. No communication about my order from them or anything! After 2 weeks I said them a message asking about my order and the next thing I know, they refunded me with no explanation of why nor any response to my inquiry about the order!!

Awful customer service. I believe this is a money making scam. I ordered contacts from them they sent me the wrong ones I called them they asked me for a copy of the prescription from my eye doctor I sent it to them they told me they would send the new ones out and just throw the old ones away. I didn't throw them away I'm glad because the next time I called they told me to send the contacts back to them and that I would get a full refund. I did send the contacts back I got an email that they received them. That was the last I heard from them. I called again and they said they did receive the contacts but being I tried one in each eye it wasn't a full box so they could not give me a refund. I didn't know they were the wrong ones until I tried them on. So today I told them if you're not going to give me a refund send the contacts back to me and I'll throw them away I paid for them they're mine they wouldn't do that either. I told them there's no way in hell that you're going to tell me that you're throwing those contacts away you're going to resell them and make more money. I will never ever deal with them again and my suggestion to you is to not use them for contacts. I used to use 1-800 contacts and never had a problem with them. I will go back to you using them. If you choose to go through contacts cart I wish you better luck than I had.

Still waiting for my refund. The contacts were received back at the wear house 2 weeks ago but money has not been refunded. The responses here on trustpilot from multiple dissatisfied people are all the same . They talk in circles and do not do anything. Just tell you to send another email with a different subject line. What good is that. Meanwhile they have tied up my 198.00 for 7 weeks. Do not order from this company unless you want to be frustrated and angry for months at a time.

Horrible customer service! Placed an order mid September was charged over $200 and waited an entire month for a tracking number! Tried the live chat which is useless by the way, asked for a tracking number and got told they couldn’t provide one. Surprise right?! Then I was told to email customer service for further assistance and waited 2 days for an email back. Then the only email I got was a survey asking me how my customer service experience was??!!! Is this a joke?!! I had to call the customer service line and still never got an update on my order or a tracking number! After going back and forth with the customer service rep I demanded a full refund! Now I’ve gotten 3 emails stating my order was canceled and that it’s going to take 3-10 business days to see the refund. I am disgusted with his company and they are no better than Hubble! This company is trash and isn’t even registered with the BBB! Hmmm….

Ordered Sept 20, 2021 It's been two weeks, 10 business days. The first representative was ok, scripted answers like the few others who had negative experiences had. "Waiting for the shipping company" The second one was maybe having a bad day or rude I'm not sure what to chalk it up to. I got the first lady joane twice she was ok but did the same the other guy did so I sat back and waited the two weeks. I contact someone today "The item has been phased out or sold out." I was told they couldnt refund cause it was already at the shipping factory on the first three calls. Now I hear they never had any availiable despite them not saying they are sold out on the website. The last customer serivce representive I called said I was supposed to be issued a refund on the first. No one had gotten to it, maybe its the multiple calls I've had they said they checked "notes" on the account. So they probably known the other times I've called. I now after two weeks of waiting cause "They had already been shipped" <- A lie apparently. I finally have a posted transaction that says "PURCH RTN CONTACTS SUB" The last customer service agent said it will fully post in 3 to 10 business days. Im happy they are send a refund for the 4 customer service agents I've talked to they all seemed nice, except for one. Which coulda have been a off day but seeing the number of negative reviews around here I'm sure he probably just got done being hounded by someone else. I never try to make the customer services day worse cause I don't know they have to deal with angry customers already. But I won't be ordering from contacts cart again. I should have been notified much SOONER and not lied to the first 3 times. Maybe that's all that those representatives could see. However, it has set me back from getting the correct prescription and has had my money tied up.

In April of this year, I made an online purchase of contact lenses, I made the payment for Pay Pal. To my surprise, the company somehow, without my consent, made a new “automatic” request that I did not authorize. I contacted the company immediately when I was notified by Pay Pal of the payment. I talked for 2 days with representatives of the company “Contactscart” who confirmed that everything was cancelled. Yesterday morning I noticed the payment made on my bank statement, I contacted the company again, with no response. This morning (10/05/2021) I received the product shipping confirmation email with tracking code and everything. I contacted the company immediately who “apologised” and told me that I will have to wait for the product to arrive, look for a return address and only then will they return my money. The problem is that they make the mistakes and the consumer pays. Today is the day to pay bills and the amount of the improper purchase is missing. That is, the company acts without the consent of people and who is harmed is the consumer.

20 days and my contacts have not been shipped. Their customer service just keeps saying.. we are watching for your tracking number... when you ask a specific question they give you a scripted response.. if they truly looked into the issue delays could be avoided. Will NOT order from them again.. too much hassle, too much follow up, to many scripted answers.
Canceled my order and all future orders.. as of 10/5..still not shipped out.

It takes too long to get a refund and cancel an order and subscription once I realized the terrible mistake I made by ordering from this dis-functional company. Back in April I made an order and it took 6 weeks to receive it. I tried several times to get you to cancel the order before it ships or is full filled but was told you cannot do that. I had to receive the order and then return it to get a refund. It took you 6 weeks to send it to me and 3 days for me to send it back. After you received my return it took another 7 days to get my refund. Why? I said i wanted to cancel and never do business with you again but I was charged $127 a few days ago. Again I am being told it cannot be canceled and refunded before it ships. My pleas to speak with a supervisor have been ignored. My best suggestion for how you can improve your business is to shut down and go out of business. If you are a supervisor reading this, shame on you! Call me contacts cart supervisor!!!! I’m waiting. How are you still in business? Oh that’s right you don’t refund people their money and instead steal it.

THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SHAM.
In July I placed an order. Five days after placing my order, the status still read "in fulfillment" so I contacted customer service and requested a shipping date. After several emails that promised shipping "soon" but gave no estimated date and no real information, I asked that my order be canceled. I got an immediate response to that email stating they couldn't cancel it because it was already at their shipper (information not provided in multiple emails before). After a few more days, they finally provided me a shipping number. I had already placed (and received) contacts through a more reputable provider so I refused shipment. Here we are two months later and they have yet to refund my money. Their stated response is they have not received my shipment back yet -- find that hard to believe when it was refused and returned directly to the post office on the day that I received delivery.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, FOLKS! After many attempts to actually obtain my contacts after I was charged for them, I gave up and disputed the charge with my bank- which, I was awarded. In short, VISA investigated the claim and deemed it an illegitimate charge (2 weeks ago). I'm spreading the word FAR AND WIDE that this company is a dishonest f••king joke show.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I received my first order with ContactsCart through their introductory offer at 60% off. I thought, "Great! I don't have to worry about ordering contacts every 6 months!" My second AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION was charged to my account 5 WEEKS AGO. I still have not received my contacts. When I check my account online, it says the order is still in fulfillment. Called up- cancelled my subscription and will be disputing this order via my bank. That's 140 bucks people. Your time is limited, ContactsCart. These reviews will be noticed.

Terrible experience with contacts cart. I would recommend looking elsewhere or just ordering lenses from your doctor!!! Contacts cart provided a prescription form inside box that was completely incorrect and misleading… which is totally unprofessional and concerning. Don’t waste your time and money here. I ended up ordering from my doctor anyhow and contacts cart is refusing to refund my order.

Dealing with this company has been a joke. I ordered and paid for one box of Vita Monthly contacts. The fee was $24.00. It is now September 22nd and I still have no contacts. They have shipped them THREE TIMES TO THE WRONG ADDRESS
I would not recommend this company to anyone. They have promised and promised but still no contact lenses

Terrible. Contacts Cart is exactly that, you buy contacts and they keep them in their cart for all eternity. You never get them. I’ve tried contacting them almost a dozen times asking where my order is, what the status is, but they always reply with the same thing, your order status is listed in your account on our site, we cannot refund or cancel because it was sent to a third party already...also they will automatically sign you up for a subscription, when there is NO option for that. I usually read reviews but I made a mistake and did not this time. It’s a nightmare trying to get a simple delivery date or answer from anyone there, instead you get multiple weird emails from different customer service reps who share their hobbies and interests with a photo, very odd. So unprofessional. Run. Scammy scam.
Update- My contacts never arrived, but I knew that was happening. When I contacted our bank to dispute the charge, the company emailed me saying how sorry they were and that they could not refund the money because the account was “frozen” and nothing could be done. Well...the bank refunded the money immediately and so I knew that it was now between contactscart and the bank. I had proof of my emails and how many times I had requested to cancel my order, the fact that no one could simply just cancel the order was a red flag to the bank. It was less than 40 dollars- but I think that’s why they offer a huge discount, so people will say screw it, it’s not a ton of money and the company gets to keep it. Not me, if it’s a penny I will want it back if I don’t get what I paid for. Steer clear of this “company”. They are all talk and no walk.
