Like all the other reviews I have just been reading, I am a very dissatisfied customer. After many emails, and repeated requests for a full refund, still have not received my order. I asked for a supervisor to speak with about the situation, and I specifically stated, someone with the authority to make decisions regarding refunds and could speak to unhappy customers… no response. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. No one should have to deal with this kind of rip off company. Especially, when your eye sight is at stake… smh

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. The worst company I have dealt with. I ordered my contacts a month ago and still have nothing to show for it and customer service can’t tell me anything other than it’s in fulfillment and they’ve reached out to the fulfillment center. 3 different reps have “reached out to the fulfillment center”. All have come back with the exact same no response. I will never use this company again.

This is one of the worst companies. April 2021- the wrong contacts were sent. I was told to wait for an emailed return label and once they received the return my correct order would be shipped. My next subscription date was June 2021. I still had not received a return label despite my weekly inquiry and their many broken promises.
By this time I was in serious need of my contacts so against my better judgment I paid for the June order. June-2021 They sent the SAME INCORRECT ORDER! They immediately expressed me the correct order; (sidenote-I received a return label for this order same-day) However an extra number was added to my street address and FedEx wouldn't deliver it. I tried to pick up the package from the FedEx hub but could not due to the delivery restrictions set by the sender. After a week of working on this I FINALLY received my correct contacts. I then emailed asking if I could return both orders with the same label and was told yes and sent them photos of everything being returned. Buy this time it's July 2021 and I can see that they received my return but still no refund. Every week I inquire, every week they tell me 3-10 days depending on my bank. I canceled my subscription at the beginning of July and on August 25th I'm charged again. Again they are telling me that when I receive the order and return it they will issue a refund. When I view my account this order shows canceled when it was in fulfillment. I'm now owed a refund for April & August. All I can say is incompetent crooks!

This is a SCAM. DO NOT USE IT!!!! I fell for the 60% off my first order because my contacts are expensive. What they DONT tell you is that you are automatically enrolled in a subscription service and you wont get any sort of notice until your card is charged. It is an auto-enroll and they hide behind their “terms of service” when you try to correct it. I was then told that I could return the unopened boxes for a refund. Well, it took weeks to get my first boxes, meaning it will be weeks to months before I get my money back, though I am not holding my breath. I have disputed this with my bank, but that could take up to 10 days. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

I like most people, ordered contacts but was not aware that I signed up for a subscription. I was charged over $200 got contacts that I do not need. I never received an email or tracking number regarding the contacts that were due to arrive at my home. I spoke with a representative and he sent me a return label. As soon as I received the contacts I immediately attached the packing label and returned the contacts the next day. The tracking number shows that the contacts were received by Contacts Cart on July 26th. I have yet to receive my refund!! I have called multiple times and no one has been able to tell me when my refund will processed. I have emailed help@contactscart with NO RESPONSE! I just want my money back. This has been a horrible experience, I will never use this company again.

I started this adventure with an ad that promised $2.99 for a box of 10 contacts I have a special lens and all of a sudden the 2.99 went to 46.36 and then the orders canceled apparently I ordered the wrong brand of contacts they tell me that money will be refunded and proceed to charge me what is now $79 and some odd cents on which I'm still waiting for my refund and I still cannot see and there helps line replies are all the same. Now as you can understand I'm quite irritated and one of the first Representatives that I was talking to through their chat box at the contactscart site apparently didn't like the way I was responding mind you I didn't swear any of those I was quite upset over not having my refund and while I'm still texting they took the chat box away making it so I couldn't even chat it didn't matter if I logged in or logged out the chat box was gone then I started receiving emails that state we have received your order we will be shipping it out soon upon that we will send you a tracking number so a site starting at a box of 10 for $2.99 now costing $125 and some odd cents and a promise to be hassle free has now cost me dearly I'm broke still can't see.. oh and they can't give you a tracking number I have been fighting for this from day one yet I can order from china and have one instantly. Please go anywhere but here save yourselves the hassle oh and mind you I've been receiving the same ad from their email helpline from every single person for near 10 days you would think with all this money they're robbing from people that they would at least have the couple of cents to change a few of the wordings have a great day

I received my contact order July 12, 2021. The package for my right eye must be defective because a box that should last six months lasted me a little over a month. It's August 25, 2021 and I just had to use the last one in the box because of a tear. I contacted them regarding the right eye tearing when only having it in my eye for around a week and was told they would not replace them they would give me $10 off my next order. NOT OK!! Contacts are expensive so for me to have to buy a whole new box just for one eye is ridiculous.
Please note the box for my left eye has 5 remaining in the box!
Not sure where they get their contacts from but they are defective! Please be ware!!

My first order went though without a problem, then when it came time for my second shipment, the date came and went and still said "In Fulfillment". I emailed customer service and asked them why since they took my money (double what I pad before) but have not sent my contacts and it had been 21 days since they were supposed to go out. They responded, oh they'll go out on Sept 3rd (one month AFTER they were supposed to go out). I told them I'd be out of contacts before they shipped my order (that was already paid for). Their response was that they were out of my contacts and had to make more. By then I had already placed an order with someone else and had contacts on the way. I've since asked for a refund and my account closed. Lets see if they will do that.

Hello I have had the worst experience with them. I ordered my lenses aug 5 and I got email that it all worked out. Then I get email that I need to take online test I did and apparently they didn’t receive it. Aug 16 I called again and they made me take the online eye exam again. They said that they would process my order and it would be shipped soon. I called every single day and spent one hour each day speaking to people on the other side of the world. I wasn’t allowed to cancel my order or speak to someone in the USA. Each day they said my order would be expedited. I need my lenses to properly function as my lenses are very strong. I haven’t been able to drive since august 15 because I don’t have a pair today is Aug 24 and I still don’t have a confirmation that they have shipped. I will have to cancel payment as no one has answered my 9 emails. Terrible terrible company the worst I have across in years.

I ordered contacts, got them, and wore them with no issue. My optometrist office called to tell me my prescription was expired. I contacted Contacts cart and cancelled any future orders. Well a month later, I get another box of contacts, and I try to cancel again!!
Now for the third time I am demanding you to refund my money and you will be responsible for any and all overdraft fees

The customer service is horrible!! I have asked for 3 weeks what’s going on with my order and I’m told “it in fulfillment”. At this point, I’m going to dispute charges with my credit card because nothing has been resolved. Also, I’ve emailed to “get resolution” to which THEY FO NOT REPLY!

I purchased two boxes of contacts from this company on 8/5/2021. I filled out all the info as they asked. They have never sent my contacts. They have sent emails saying I didn't upload my prescription and that I would need to send it. Well I uploaded it initially during my purchase, I then sent them a follow up email with my info as they requested, I even included the information to my optometrist so they could "call" as they claim to verify my information.
I have yet to receive a single email telling me why my order isn't working, why they haven't sent me my contacts yet, and why they have not responded to me, other than to spam my inbox with emails saying I didn't provide my prescription, which I replied back to with a copy of my prescription a total of 4 times in the last two weeks.
I tried calling customer service, I talked to someone briefly who asked for my email and then promptly hung up on me. I then had this conversation with their online rep

They never responded after telling me they could not assist me. So in all THREE cases of trying to use their customer service; by phone, email, and online, they never helped me and or answered any of my questions.
I'm not a person who leaves reviews but they've stolen my money and ignored me completely. I hope others will see this and not buy from them. I'll be in the process of trying to figure out how to report an online company for theft and fraud. Absolutely RIDICULOUS.

The contacts have my correct prescription on the box but I cant see from them. I tried both boxes and theyre the same. they also expire way sooner than my OLD contacts which my doc found to be strange. they also have different colors than usual acuvue and say made in Ireland when my old say made in the US. They most likely buy old ones for cheap in bulk and sell them to people who dont have the money to purchase them at eye places to rip people off. DONT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE A GOOD PRICE ISNT ALWAYS A GOOD THING. They also refuse to refund me for their fake contacts.

They shipped my contacts to a different state, and wouldn't expedite a replacement package. Chat support wouldn't help. Email support never responded. The man on phone support was very nice, but powerless, and couldn't connect me to a supervisor. He couldn't even tell me where the package would ship from, and that it would take 5 to 10 business days to get to me. He said they didn't have the ability to ship faster, even though their shipping service does have priority shipping. I would never use them again, and would recommend no one else does either.

This company has stolen money from me because they deem a contact box that was UNOPENED as opened. They have no way to document what they assume to make decisions on and therefore just try to tell you that you aren't getting back your $100. This is highly upsetting. If I've worn contacts for over 10 years, why would I send anyone a box back of contacts that are opened? I am very, extremely, super dissatisfied. This company also has awful customer service with no higher ups that you can get ahold of. This is extremely unprofessional.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Update: they wrote a reply and still didn't fix my issue. So don't let them fool you. Customer service is awful and I'm not the only one having these issues. I am still writing them, calling, etc. and still nothing. Contacts Cart, you will continue hearing from me until my issue is completely 100% resolved. It's not okay and extremely unprofessional.
Also, Hubble contacts is their sister company.

Contacts that were ordered were incorrect. The prescription that was ordered was for my daughter . Instead of filling the prescription that was ordered, they contacted my optometrist and got my prescription instead of my daughter’s. ( I paid for the contacts using my credit card) patien’s name was my daughters. I had to return the contacts, and wait two weeks for it to process quality control and get a refund (Still no refund) Now it’s been a month and my daughter still has no contacts. 2 weeks to process a small box that has 2 boxes of contacts that have never been open is obsured. Would not recommend this company to anyone looking at purchasing contacts.

I'm not one to leave reviews but this company makes my head hurt. I ordered contacts, they sent me the wrong strength. Requested return label twice, they finally sent it, by the time I was able to return the contacts my prescription had expired by 1 day-- unable to get an exam for 3 months. I explained the situation to Contacts Cart 4 TIMES to be told my prescription has expired and they can't send me the correct contacts. Now I am fighting with them for a refund, to just cut my losses and be blind until November because of their incompetence and all they keep emailing me is I have to ship the contacts back with their return label. Save your money and go with literally any other company.

EDIT: When I reached out as directed by Camille in the response below, they continued to tell me they were unwilling to do anything to resolve the problem, and again a supervisor did not contact me.
I was not ready to continue my subscription due to a change in my vision, so I did not update my debit card information when it expired. I received an email saying I still had an order ship - I called my bank who stated companies can reach out to Visa and get the updated info due to a setting on the account which I now have turned off after this incident. I also called Contacts Cart and spoke to Vee (who was great) and she cancelled my order and told me I would be getting a refund - great!
I then went on vacation and received an email that my package shipped. I called and asked about the situation and was told the cancellation that I was told happened, didn't actually process and the only way to get my money back was to return the item. I let the service agent know I live in a city, did not have anyone home to collect the mail while I was on vacation, and the package would likely be gone from my step when I came home. They assured me to just call back when I can confirm I received the package, and that a manager would call me later in the day to help resolve the situation. A supervisor never called. The following week when I was home from vacation (where there was no package!) I CALLED AGAIN TO BE REIMBURSED FOR AN ITEM I DIDN'T ORDER. Customer service then told me they had "no power over the situation" and that I could "file a complaint with USPS." Not only did I NOT order this item, I was told it was cancelled and now they want to put it on on USPS so this company can keep my $200 after THEIR error.

Horrible customer service!!! Ordered wrong power said that they checked with my optometrist and that my prescription was valid which if they had checked with my optometrist they would know that it was not the right order never order from them again!!!!
