Amazing company and support

I started using CookieNet 2 months back and it’s much better than big companies! The team are always on quick response and are happy to help any issues, not that there are many! Very friendly owner, and is an amazing company!

Speeds

Hi Kate, this is not the kind of service CookieNet aims to provide!

It doesn't look like you're in our direct customer base, so I figured you may be an indirect customer (using a CookieHosted game server, for example). I recommend you contact the server owner, who may be able to sort out the problem, or if there do happen to be any issues on our end we would be more than happy help.
