Very good service and helpful staff.

Staff were amazing and really helpful from the day I landed in Istanbul from pickup to hotel transfers! And the team who performed my surgery has taken a great care of me and I felt very safe! I would totally recommend Cosmedica! And special thanks to Mert for making everything possible!

Cosmedica takes care of your hair transplant process from the moment you arrive at the airport and it is a very smooth experience. Like many people I heard to be wary of "hair mills" but I didn't feel that way at all about cosmedica. My surgical team was excellent and the operation went smoothly. I liked how congenial and reassuring all the staff were. For people still on the fence about flying to turkey, I think you can just go with cosmedica instead of going down a reddit rabbit hole.

After doing a load of research online about where to get a Hair transplant I decided to go with cosmedica, based on their reputation and their online presence, and honestly I’m so happy with my results and with their help and customer service,
Everything was arranged for me and it was as simple as booking flight to turkey and everything else was sorted from there. Had a private taxi that took me from the airport to a 5 star hotel and stayed for 3 days whilst having 4500 grafts put in my head.
After a year looking at it now, no one would ever know that I was bald before or that I’ve had a hair transplant

My experience with Cosmedica was overall good, communication can be better, my technicians that performed the implants seemed a little young so the experience would be limited, I will be able to give a more precise review after the 6 mth stage.

I am very happy with the results so far and how much help they have provided when theres a request made...Its easy to see why they are so good at what they do

If I could offer improvement I would suggest maybe to provide more communication on whats happening. I found there a times were it was a guessing game on whats happening next and we would be given different timings during the process and thats ok but when we arrive we sometimes sit for a couple hours before service would come even thought the times where specifically change for us to be there

..this isnt for negative feedback as I think by far they are the best...u can tell when ur there that they are professional and it makes sense as they deal with many people daily that is hard to control...I just feel that as a patient thats unaware completly of whats going on then we should get the full info and clarity of what will be happening..I felt I spent a few times fishing for what Is going to happen next and nobody likes to bother other people lol...

would I come back ? Of course...

would I recommend this to my friends ? Already have...infact one will be calling soon 🙂...

For the amount of people that goes through here they still do an excellent job...I just hope they can maybe see if theres a better way to deliver all the info clearly..

I’ve been following cosmetic for about three years. Took me a while to pull the trigger and decide to get my Hair transplant surgery cause I couldn’t find a place that just made it look very natural as if you didn’t even have surgery. Cosmetic clinic definitely had the best hairlines from many of the places that I’ve seen in turkey. Cosmetica give me a very fair price with a beautiful hotel. Upon arrival to Istanbul Turkey, I was picked up with a limo van and taken to the hotel. The following morning I was picked up and taken to the clinic where I was having my transplant surgery. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly staff and waited momentarily. From the moment that you were called to your first technician, there is someone that will interpret if you speak a different language. Although you only get a moment with Dr. Ajar the technicians that actually work on your transplant or professional and make you feel comfortable every now and then they ask you how you’re feeling as they proceed. As I am writing this review it’s been a week and everything looks great and I feel great. I’m looking forward to my final outcome. perhaps I will make another review with a pic. I travelled from Australia to Turkey for a hair transplant at Cosmedica, as part of my 8-week trip through Italy, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, the communication was exceptional — especially from Ugur, who stayed in constant contact with me via WhatsApp. His professionalism, clarity, and support made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Cosmedica is a highly professional practice with modern, impressive facilities and a large, well-organised team. It’s clear they operate on multiple levels with precision and efficiency. The medical technicians were extremely kind, skilled, and fast, and their teamwork gave me complete confidence throughout the procedure.

I’ve only got praise for Cosmedica! I had a hair transplant surgery at the beginning of November 2025. The quality and care I received was worth every euro, and it’s more affordable and higher quality than alternatives in Western Europe. The team that took care of me was very helpful before, during and after the surgery. And the surgery itself, intense as it was, was a great success. I felt fully safe in the hands of the Cosmedica staff. I’m already extremely happy with my new hairline, and I can’t wait to see how it ends up once it’s fully healed. If anyone reading this is considering a new hairline, my best suggestion is to go with Cosmedica. They really know what they’re doing.
