This appears to be a scam
This website appears to be a scam. I got suckered in by it.
On looking more closely at it, the website does not have an “about” page that gives any real world detail about the site owner/operator.
Furthermore, the domain name for the refunds email address is different to the website domain.
I tried to purchase a report. What it presented on screen only analysed properties within the same area. For a rural area where the likely hood of finding similar properties is more difficult, you’re permitted to go up to five miles. Therefore the data is useless.
The data given compared my semi-detached house to a flat over a shop. That’s not right.
The report can not be downloaded.
When you do email the refunds email address, the email bounces back.
I got scammed by this and will now have to wait a week before I can initiate a chargeback.
