Great customer service
Gracie who took the call was informative and very patient with a very hungover me when purchasing travel insurance.
Premiums found for both my nan and mum were very competitive.
After being quoted 4K + for an annual policy for my nan with competitors we were recommended Covered2Go who came out miles cheaper.

It seems a bit unfair to expect your…
It seems a bit unfair to expect your clients to pay an extra £70 to be screened medically... as if they don't go through this process you will not cover their pre-existing conditions. This should be made explicit on your front page. I am sure there are clients who did not do this, and the found they were not covered.

Our website and quote journey explain that customers can arrange cover for pre-existing medical conditions either before or after purchasing a Covered2Go policy. This process involves two separate transactions: one for the medical cover and another for the main
Covered2Go policy. Any additional premium required for medical screening is set directly by our medical screening partners at Millstream.
If customers are unhappy with the additional cost, our policies include a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you can receive a full refund on your main policy should you wish to cancel.
That said, we truly appreciate your feedback and will review how we can make this information even clearer on our website. We’re also in the process of integrating medical screening directly into our online journey to make the process smoother and more transparent for our customers.

Timely and helpful answer to my question re why not possible to change email address online. Big rise in premium, without any explanation as to why nearly doubled.but this is true of insurance generally- it's not transparent enough.

Don't believe these reviews. They don't handle insurance claims themselves, you will be outsourced to a 3rd party company who are unresponsive time wasters . I had to submit documents on 8 occasions, and endure a 4 hour phone call going over these documents. After 8 months of disputes, reaching out to their staff that told me they would get back to me (they never did) they told me they wouldn't pay out my travel insurance claim despite the fact I had an official police report. DO NOT PURCHASE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
