The store is genuine, but they don't publish negative reviews, so I’m putting it here: The Ender-3 V2 NEO 3D is absolute rubbish. I had to replace the hotend to achieve any decent print quality. It... See more

New Creality UK website - Prompt delivery, excellent product

I'll be honest, I was initially a bit wary that the "Creality Official" UK website might not be truly "official". A situation complicated by the fact that Creality run many other websites and they are many non-official website carrying the Creality brand.

That said, I can happily confirm that not only do you get prompt automated and human responses via the info[at]creality3dofficial.com email address, that the PayPal seller contact info is the expected:

深圳市众创三维科技有限公司
payment[at]creality3d.cn

(Via Google Translate: Shenzhen Zhongchuang 3D Technology Co., Ltd.")

To additionally test-the-waters, I sent an email to sale[at]creality3dofficial.com to verify the lead times for the printer and upgraded tubing and the response was:

"The printer has been shipped with our Amazon system and here is the link to the logistic information of the spare part: https://t.17track[DOT]net/en#nums=[REDACTED]."

With the order placed and acknowledged on Monday 9 August @ 15:44 BST, lead time enquiry send Tuesday 10th @ 13:13 and responded to Wednesday 11th @ 02:06 I was pretty confident at that point this was a legitimate seller.

Ultimately the Creality Ender 3 v2 was delivered via an Amazon courier as indicated on Wednesday 11th with the tubing delivery a day later (because "Royal Mail" *rolls eyes).

As for the printer itself. Excellent!
As was recommended by many YouTubers, upgrading to PTFE tubing, adding Creality's CR Touch bed leveling sensor, and switching the firmware to github[DOT]com/Jyers/Marlin really elevates this product.

One last thing that I'll also pass on: Remember this is *manufacturing* device, not like some plug-and-play paper printer. Invest time and patience in this hobby with Youtube and Reddit and this FDM printer will produce fantastic results!
