Great designs, fantastic quality, superlative service, the only thing that beats my online experience with Cream is actually visiting the store!

When I unwrapped the beautiful packaging, my husband actually went 'wow!' He didn't know I was getting it, I had not mentioned it but as he happened to be there when I opened it, his surprise was evidence of how beautiful this looks in our new kitchen. It's had pots straight from the hob on it and it's easy to wipe clean.
I am so glad I paid a little extra for this quality piece. Thank-you :)

Great products and customer service. We received an incorrect order and the correct order was immediately sent out as soon as we notified Cream staff of the issue.

No reservations and there was a person who knew about my order when I phoned to check a mistake on my part had been corrected ,it had.

The bowl was well made and decorated just as illustrated, and it was delivered undamaged before the expected date. First class service.

I saw some of Cream of Cornwall's products on holiday in Suffolk and thought how lovely the designs were so it prompted me to visit their website. I ordered some china jugs and nibbles dishes in their distinctive seahorse design. The items arrived very quickly and were even nicer than the online images. However on one of the dishes the seahorse tail hadn't quite covered the dish. I thought about leaving it but was a little disappointed as it was a gift so decided to email Cream of Cornwall just to let them know. My point was that when buying online you are completely reliant on the seller selecting the products ordered. Had I been in their store I would have picked a 'perfect seahorse' dish. ie if the one I received had been next to a perfect seahorse dish obviously I would have picked the perfect one. Cream of Cornwall emailed me back very quickly apologising for this and advised that another dish had been despatched together with a pre-paid returns label for the other one. I think this is excellent customer service particularly as I hadn't actually asked them to do this but obviously I am delighted that they took the initiative and were so pro active hence 5 stars. I will be buying from them again and cannot wait to give my friend her gifts. I am sure she will absolutely love them.

Excellent quality with flawless design. Arrived well packaged

For me, CofC can be more or less divided into patterns, colours and smells that are of the sea (blues, crisp whites, various sea creatures), or those that are more of the land (rabbits, hedgehogs, robins, old cream and reds), and so this is how we are planning to use them.
We've yet to get to the store itself, but as soon as we can get to that lovely part of this marvellous island, we will have a good nosey, and will not doubt add to our modest collection!
