Not Dash4it's fault but delivery…

Not Dash4it's fault but delivery company sent daily emails saying they would call with my parcel but never did. Dash4it giving me a full refund, but I don't have the maps for my trip..................first time this has happened.

Map arrived late

You want feedback? Here it is.
(1) I tried to log in as an existing customer but couldn't - the site refused to send me a fresh password.
(2) Map OK but arrived a day late, despite having to pay £2 for delivery.
(3) No option to pay less for slower delivery.

First class service!

I've used Dash4it on a number of occasions now, their prices are always very competitive and their delivery service is quick which is handy when I've need a map at the last minute!
So much so if I needs a OS map or guidebook I go straight to them with shopping around.
