Bought a map and paid extra for next day delivery.....
It didn't happen 😞.
I complained and received a refund on the postage. Hopefully the map will arrive soon.
It's unusual for this company.

I recently purchased a selection of Harvey Maps from Dash4it and I was really impressed with the whole experience. The ordering process was straightforward, and everything arrived quickly and well packaged.

We've just had a very good experience with dash 4 it. We ordered 4 active maps and a walking book. Although they could not immediately fulfill the order communication was excellent and when they did arrive delivery was extremely prompt.

The Bailiwick of Guernsey official map of the islands of Guernsey, Herm, Sark and Alderney is superb, and it came to me so speedily. What an excellent delivery service you have! It surpasses the Ordnance Survey itself.

I have been using Dash4it for years and the service remains top rate. Nothing can replace a paper map! I always order the maps for where we are travelling in the uk, and the price continues to be great, especially as we always seem to go to places on the edge of maps and need multiples! They arrive very promptly and well packaged. Would recommend .

Have ordered many times before - service always speedy, well packaged & great value. This time I made a mistake with the order (& this is usually where you see what customer service is REALLY like!) accidentally ordering two of the same map - requested a return and it was processed & the correct sheet delivered in less than a week: top servive once again! Ordered a map online. Paid for a more rapid delivery. Had an automated message saying it was out of stock, and that a typical wait was 4. -6 days. It would be sent on receipt. I needed the map in 4 days from order due to a planned walk. No good if I have set out, hence paying for rapid delivery.
Next working day sent an email and 3 voicemails requesting cancellation of order. No response. Poor service

Good prices, quick delivery when available (not sure if it was clear that one of the maps I ordered wasn’t available when I ordered it, but it still arrived just before I needed it 😊)

I purchased two Outdoor Active maps at a greatly reduced cost. Both are in mint condition and arrived the very next day. Dash4it, offer an excellent, efficient and very fast service. I will definitely use them again. Thanks.
