Thereafter, the experience has been super smooth. I have done multiple purchases. What's more, they even have a helpline, though this can be more professionally done! I even happened to contact the helpline and the person on the other side was genuinely interested to know the issue and sort it out. I wish dashcameras all the best.

DDPAI X5 PRO Camera built quality and functioning are good. However, (iOS) app interface freezes frequently rendering dashcam useless. DDPAI need to work on this issue on priority considering difficulty faced by existing customers.
