I ordered a 3 pack Ralph Lauren pants for a Christmas present but they were too small for the recipient. I emailed Dashmen twice for details of how to return the item but they have ignored my requests. I wish I had read the reviews which would have stopped me ordering from this company.

Ordered Calvin Klein boxers, they turn up but are very tight, I order these boxers and have quite a lot of them so I know the sizing I usually buy is correct. Could tell they was something not right so I contacted them on email to return and question the quality, like many people who have reviewed this company they do not answer emails obviously a scam and they’ll make there money off people who do not notice. Iam now having to get a charge back through my bank

the goods took 2 weeks to arrive - I need to return them as dont want them now as too late - no response from emails to company

Same story as the rest. Ordered in Nov but never received my order. Tried to contact them via chat and email but no reply but after contacting them I did get a notification from Evri to say my order was on its way however it never arrived. Have got a refund through my bank. How do these fake companies continue to get away with taking peoples money??!!

Do not use this site, it’s a scam. Terrible experience trying to return a product. Lewis Pickford (probably a fake name) replied with my options, including a full refund but wouldn’t share the process for getting this despite many emails asking for it. I’m now stuck with a product I don’t want. Spend your money with credible companies.

Don't use, placed an order in early December, tracking still shows expected delivery as 19th. Have contacted via online chat and email 5 times - no reponse.

Spent almost £40 on some Calvin Klein boxers and turns out they are fake - wish I’d read the reviews first. Took weeks to arrive but when I emailed I had a quick response, however, when I emailed concerning the quality, I have had no response. I’ve chased multiple times and they’ve ignored me.

At 66 I have tried countless underwear brands but Dashman is hands down the best. I started with four pairs and can not wait to try more styles.

Would like to give 0 stars. Scam!!! Can’t believe I trusted them as everything went through Shop. This gift for my grandson is never going to arrive. Sent numerous emails and Chats. Never answered. Even their 5star reviews must be fake.
