Ordered two lots of boxers 11 days ago and nothing has arrived. Got an email
Sunday to say they where being shipped but the tracking says it hasn’t arrived with The courier. Emailed three times with no response.

Reading Chloe's review and all the others, I too wish I'd read reviews before. Fake Ralph Lauren underwear received today that we're ordered mid November. I already contacted credit card company to ask if they can refund me.

Ordered some boxer shorts which took ages to arrive - no reply to any of my emails. When they did arrive the box was flat packed and the boxers were loose! So I’m a bit concerned they are fake. Won’t be using this company again.

Awful. Wish I read the reviews first. Box came all battered. Tried contacting them 5 times through different channels and had nothing back. Now I’m seeing reviews about them being fake 😩

I ordered Ralph Lauren boxers for my boyfriend late November for Christmas, only arrived about a month later and are very obviously fake. I emailed them about a week after ordering because it said they world arrive in 2-3 business days which had passed asking where my parcel was and never heard a reply. Got suspicious so looked at their company address and it is definitely not legit. Wouldn’t be so bad if they were a 1:1 rep but they most definitely are not.

IF YOU GET SUCKED IN AND BUY SOMETHING FROM THIS SITE, PLEASE USE YOUR CREDIT CARD SO WHEN YOU REALISE YOUR MISTAKE YOU CAN CLAIM IT BACK THROUGH YOUR CARD PROVIDER.

THIS IS A MASSIVE SCAM. ITEMS DONT TURN UP AND WHEN THEY DO THEY ARE FAKE AND REALLY POOR QUALITY FAKES AT THAT!

Ive reported this company to Trading Standards.
Their communication is non-existent.
All the 5-star reviews say delivery was quick - thats a load of rubbish. My pants didnt turn up for weeks. Why? because they are shipped from China - they eventually arrived and they are clearly fake.
Ive started a chargeback with my credit card company.

Please for your own sanity dont fall for the cheap price. FRAUD, FAKE, SCAM, SCUM!

Dreadful service do not use. I placed an order when received it was the wrong goods. I have been waiting for 2 weeks now and no response. I have emailed numerous times used the contact info on website and still nothing

I haven’t recieved my goods and they haven’t responded to my email, I wish I’d reviewed trust pilot first. I’m starting to think I have been scammed. Avoid!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. It took weeks for my items to arrive, and when they finally did, I was shocked to find that they had sent the wrong sizes. To make matters worse, the items I received were clearly fake and not as advertised. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

Scam - BEWARE, awful company. I never received the items, I never received a response to my emails. I had to go through my bank to report them and get a refund. I wouldn’t recommend.

Unfortunately the negative reviews are correct this is a scam. I ordered some items last week before reading this page. I immediately tried to cancel my order, I have now sent 3 emails and attempted to use live chat with no response to any of those attempts. I have recieved no update on my order either so am just being ignored. The website appears on a bank statement as a strange string of numbers. Worth noting that all positive reviews on this page have only ever left one review on the website, accounts were possibly created to improve this companies trustpilot score.

I’ve contacted parcel to go and they said they had nothing either and it was still with the sender. i tried contacting the company multiple times on the website and the web chat but nothing and no replies. SCAM please don’t buy from this website you will NOT receive your items

The website description was initially a bit hard to follow and not very user friendly. However after browsing for a while I got the hang of it. The prices are reasonable and with promotions they are even more affordable.

Ordered multiple items - 4 in total and only one turned up and they are so fake. It’s says on tracking that all items were delivered.

Emailed numerous times, sat on web chat for hours and no one has got to me so reported them to bank to retrieve monies.

Please avoid this company as they are scammers

Despite being over a month since ordering, and already getting my bank to reverse the charge, I have suddenly received a package. I had ordered 3x low rise Calvin Klein trunks, I've received 3x normal trunks, different colours to the order, out of the box and the writing on the waistband is much thicker than genuine Calvin Klein trunks ie they're fake
