So many people are being ripped off or delayed tactics by emails from “Luke” at customer support

Ordered 2 sets of boxers. Two days later the order said processed. Received a tracking number but once that was clicked on, it said waiting to receive.
I have sent 3 emails and received no reply, as well as trying the online chat, to which I got no response. I have lodged a chargeback with my credit card company.

Awful company . Ordered Boxer shorts and never arrived . Website says delivered by parcel to go and Evri but never received. Sent several e mails and webchat but no response. They have stolen my money.wish I had read these reviews before ordering , AVOID

DO NOT USE, SCAMMERS. This company does not appear to exist. Purchased goods, never received them, have emailed several times with no response.

Ordered an item over a week an half ago now and not had any reply to any of my emails about where the item is. Tracking says Evri are still waiting for the item and I’ve had no contact about where the item is. Very very disappointing and will never be using again

Avoid this website!! Wished I read reviews beforehand! Like the other 1 star reviews, ordered on 6th November and no update until I emailed on 9th November and got a reply from ‘Lewis Pickford’ providing me with Evri tracking number. Another 2 emails later on the 12th and 14th November as still no delivery, I requested a refund and no response! The last email stated;

We're humbly sorry to hear this, we will immediately investigate this with Evri and aim to get back to you within 24 hours. Please note if we come to conclude the order has been lost, we will provide a full refund or ship out a replacement order.

If you don't hear anything back from us within the 24 hour period, please get back to us and we will provide an immediate resolution.

Do not order from them unless you want to pay for something that never turns up!!!

These are scammers.DO NOT BUY! They take your money and you don’t receive the goods. You email over and over again and there is no response. I’ve learnt the hard way and don’t want anyone else to suffer.

This company is fake. I bought some CK boxer shorts from them on Nov 3rd 24. It’s now 22nd and they haven't arrived. Many emails to them and they have stopped replying after simply asking for a refund. Sent me a email from Evri but it looked fake and never updated. I’be had to start a charge back from my bank. This is a FAKE COMPANY!

I would give a zero rating if possible. I placed an order in good faith on 5/11/24 with an estimated delivery date of 2-3 working days. EVRi delivery status has been displayed as "We're expecting it" since 9/11/24. I tried contacting Dashmen several times via chat and email and eventually received a response from Lewis Pickford at 4:57am on 17/11/24 which read "We're humbly sorry to hear this, we will immediately investigate this with Evri and aim to get back to you once we have a response. Please note if we come to conclude the order has been lost, we will provide a full refund or ship out a replacement order. If you don't hear anything back from us within the 48 hour period or if there is no sign of delivery, please get back to us and we will provide an immediate resolution". I sent a further email to Lewis at 10:26pm on 18/11/24 to confirm non-delivery of my order and to request a refund. To date (20/11/24) I have not received my order or had any further communications from Lewis/Dashmen. I have now raised a payment dispute with my credit card company.

Without a doubt is a scam. Please do not use - you will lose your money.

Do not buy from this company!! They are clearly poor quality fakes. I ordered a size small and they are huge! I will be trying to contact them to demand a return but I feel it’s very unlikely that this will happen.
Update: they did reply to my email and offered me 50% refund and I didn’t need to return the item so I’m satisfied with that service. Only order of you want fakes and be careful of sizing.

Fast and reliable shipping, items fit true to size, and the products looked exactly like the images online.

NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY FROM THESE CON MERCHANTS!!!! I spent £46.00 on CK trunks small size. They sent extra large. After 4 emails, they eventually replied and said they would send the right size.... several more emails chasing and they send a dodgy web link to a fake Evri tracking site. they have no intension of refunding me money or sending me what I actually ordered!

I placed an order on 28th October in good faith without using Dashmen previously. I am still waiting for the items which is 2 x packs of 3 Hugo Boss trunks. My Evri account says they are still waiting for delivery to them and this has been saying the same since 4th November. I have tried 3 x's to contact Dashmen to chase but had no reply (1x their site, twice via email). If I had read the reviews before ordering I would not have used them as too many people are saying the site is a SCAM. Based on my experience to date - DO NOT USE THEM!

The quality is fantastic, and communication was prompt and helpful. I wanted to exchange for a bigger size, and Dashmen offered to send it free of charge while letting me keep the smaller size as a gift. Very impressed!

Courier lost my parcel Lewis was swift in getting me replacement of my order, lovely underwear highly recommend, will order again

Item received and as described. Delayed delivery and customer service contact not great but did eventually arrive

honestly waste of time and money, delivery says 2-3 days and its been over 2 weeks haven’t heard or seen anything only says “weve got the parcel and its ready for delivery” aswell as a 30 days refund process after you received your package my a$$ dont order from here.
