Awful company

Awful company. Don’t recommend buying off these scammers. I have contacted them over 5 whole times asking how to return and process a refund and I have never received a response. I am near 14 day return policy and I’m so so angry. I’ve never expirence this from a company and I will never EVER buy from this brand again.

this company is absolutely amazing

this company is absolutely amazing, truly. they have an amazing team which helps every step of the way they a very transparent and tell me everything i need, the clothing itself is amazing and get many compliments and looks. i enjoy wearing this clothing so much, i had to get a replacement sent sadly but was met by nothing but kindness and easily had the problem resolved, will definitely purchase from here for a third time when i save up again.

Still not received!

Ordered almost 2 weeks ago and still not received. Tracking has said it has gone from China to Sydney to the Philippines!!! And now back to Sydney!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Terrible service. They do not honour their exchange and refund policy. We bought a hoodie which ended up being too small, we followed their return policy and they did not honour it, as they said their warehouse could not accept it due to a customs/duty issue, (which we cannot control as a customer) and they only offered a 20% discount on purchasing a new item, so we are out of pocket $150 with no hoodie. Also head office and warehouse in China, beware as you don't have consumer law to protect you. I also checked Temu and Shein and they are selling exact same product without Decarba logo for less than half the price on Decarba.

Dont buy from here

I ordered £70 worth of clothes and since I ordered them 12 days ago they have given me zero updates or any progress on the shop app which is normally fantastic I would not recommend buying from them as I doubt you will get what you ordered

Try returning something. After 14 days they don't take returns. Very difficult to deal with this company. Last time I'll ever buy from them.

I ordered a shirt and a pair of sport…

I ordered a shirt and a pair of sport joggers and it took around 3 weeks to arrive and the quality of the pants are just horrible, stitching falling apart when arrived and is just made of the stretchy material. False advertisement.
