We ordered some conference equipment for our meeting rooms, but the equipment didn't work for Google meet. Google meet doesn't work with all equipment even if it's under the same brand like Logitech. I had first blamed DectDirect for making the wrong decision, however I am also at fault for not researching properly. Even though a couple boxes were opened, DectDirect still took them back and gave us a refund. Afterwards, they recommended us a different product and we're very happy with it so far. Thank you to DectDirect for the help. I think it's a great company to work with.

DectDirect lies on its website and promiss next day delivery while they need to order material.
It took more than a week for a "Next day"
ClientService is allways offline and it goes by email, only once you write a review
Don't expect an answer without a negative review first !

I ordered a router & they shipped a different product. Sxxx happens. Since I needed the part urgent, they shipped the correct part straight away without waiting for the return of the wrong part. That is what I call service! Kudos!

Issues with delivery service, the owner is not interested in solving customer issues.

Claims "before 15.00, next day in house". well. i ordered wednesday evening. expect it to be with me on friday.
it's tuesday and still not here. terrible.

I purchased an rtx 4060ti. The delivery was fast, customer service responded immediately when I had questions about my order and were very helpful. The packaging was amazing, made so that it was very safe ti transport my graphics card. I also loved the fact that I was able to pay after delivery. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

Small problem on delivery due to PostNL. Very quick reaction from DectDirect and I received the package with minimal delay. Excellent service

I have been looking for a Unifi 8 PoE switch for over a year now, they are not in stock anywhere due to Covid. But Decdirect had them on the website, I clicked to buy one (thinking probably was out of stock) and guess what - a little more than 15 hours later the product was perfectly delivered to my door, in Belgium! I couldn't believe it.
Wonderful service, good price, website stock was apparently accurate, and one of the only companies I have found worldwide with stock of unifi components for immediate delivery.
