The shoes are very comfortable.

The sneakers look exactly as they appear on line. Super cute. Very comfortable. Neutral black, beige and white sneakers. So far so comfortable.

Easy to order, good description of what the shoes are like and fit. The insoles are firmer than expected, however once worn most daily for about 5 days, there is a noticeable difference. Don't judge it at first try on. Walk in them and see how they do. There is a lot of toe room like a wide width so measure your true size.

I recently acquired the De Florance Cloudea Sneaker. The delivery of the product experienced a two-week delay. Upon receipt, I found the shoe's material to be rigid and uncomfortable, causing an awkward fit that made the shoe feel oversized. Consequently, I initiated a return and refund request. I was informed that the company lacks a local warehouse, necessitating an international return shipment with an associated cost exceeding $20. I communicated my dissatisfaction with both the product quality and the return process to customer service. In response, they offered a complimentary replacement pair of shoes.

So before anyone want to buy from this company. Please be aware of the process of the returning product. The shoes also bigger than the actual size for US. I would say if you want size 6 you might want to order size 5.5. The shoe material is also hard against your feet. I would not recommend for flat feet customer. And you will need to get insertion for comfort. I give them 4 stars becuase they were willing to workout the resolution for unsatisfactory.

I ordered my shoes in a desprate need for comfort, luckily they shipped out very quickly and I had them that same week. Sizing was perfect true to size. Toe box is roomy. They are light and I don't feel the need to take them off as soon as I get home. Very comfortable and no foot pain.

This is the second pair of Cloudea shoes I’ve purchased in as many weeks. I love them! Very comfortable and I get a ton of compliments on both colors.

Smooth ordering and Delivery. No issues. Better than I expected from a social media online order. The insole is thin and it will flatten out. BUT I think it is the design of the shoes itself that makes it comfortable. The big toe box is the key. Would I get it again? Not sure. I might if I win the chance to win $200 for review. My plantar fasciitis is pretty bad and it does not help to feel any relief. BUT comfortable for sure! I wear size 7 yet 6 was sent. Plenty of room -even to the point of thinking to change out the size BUT I kept the pair. This is truly my personal experience - win or not win $200 - this is my experience

For ladies with challenges finding comfortable shoes, these are the truth and the light. I decided to test them out on my European trip and they did not disappoint. I walked 30k steps one day and my feet did not bother me once. I loved them so much my second sentence about my trip was “let me tell you how my feet didn’t hurt in these shoes.” 10/10 highly recommend.

Great pairs of shoes! They came quickly, were sized correctly and look beautiful. My only worry is they do not have much of an arch support. The wide toe box is wonderful and they are extremely comfortable from the first wear.

Scam!!! DO NOT purchase these sneakers. The reviews are all scams. I cannot do anything for myself but hoping to save someone else from getting scammed. The sizes are inaccurate and they DO NOT have any support whatsoever!!

The order arrived quickly and was exactly what I ordered. The shoe are comfortable. However, they are more firm than I was expecting. They is plenty of space for your toes. So, they are squished up. I'm a teacher, so they're the perfect shoe. It pairs well with most outfits.
