I had an exceptional experience at Dental Premier Clinic, and I cannot thank the team enough! I traveled from abroad for a complex treatment involving 4 implants, and the level of care and professionalism was unmatched.
​A special and heartfelt thank you goes to Mrs. Bianca, the coordinator, and Dr. Carstea, the surgeon. Mrs. Bianca advocated for me and managed to arrange an exception, while Dr. Carstea incredibly changed his schedule to perform my surgery on a Friday instead of Monday.

I confidently recommend Dental Premier’s services. I have been a client for many years and have benefited from high-quality treatments for various needs, including orthodontics, endodontics, prosthetics, and surgery.

I’ve tried to make a booking with them living in England. They have a landing page in english advertising Dental Tourism. After sending an email I was contacted and told that I cannot speak with a doctor about my situation and will need to be there in person to discuss. Again, I leave in England and need to make a schedule off work. I didn’t pass the reception as they’ve stated that I need to be there in person for the initial consultation, without being able to discuss my options, and then being told that the procedure to take about 5 days and then should be back in another week and 2 weeks after and another 1-2 weeks after. That doesn’t sound like Dental Tourism, and being refused to speak with a doctor before I make any plans just for an initial consultation on the phone, video conference, anything that would give me a piece of mind that what I want is correct and doable, is raising red flags on how they are doing business. Didn’t feel comfortable, didn’t feel reassuring or they didn’t even seem reasonable in their demands. Maybe the doctor could be good, I wodn't know, codn't even book a consultation, but the reception, the first and the last point of contact is absolutely horrendous.

My experience at Dental Premier was far from what a clinic that promotes itself as professional and trustworthy should offer. From the very first discussion, I clearly communicated all my medical conditions — Epilepsy, Light Photosensitivity, and my full medical history. The staff assured me without hesitation that they could handle my case and that the treatment would be carried out safely. After completing all the consultations and costly tests, Dental Premier abandoned my case because it was considered ‘too difficult.’
Furthermore, my interaction with Dr. Nechita Cristian was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had in a medical institution. His attitude was arrogant, lacking empathy, and completely inappropriate for a doctor who should be handling sensitive cases. His tone and the way he spoke clearly conveyed disinterest and superficiality — the exact opposite of what a ‘premium’ clinic claims to offer.
In the end, I was left with paid consultations and tests, wasted time, and ZERO solutions. Instead of responsibility, support, and follow-through, I received indifference and abandonment. For a clinic that claims to uphold high standards, their behavior showed the exact opposite.
🔎 I strongly advise everyone to be extremely cautious before choosing Dental Premier, especially if they have medical conditions that require real attention. My experience shows that when the situation becomes truly serious, their promises do not hold up, and the patient is left entirely on their own.

Just attended an appointment today (been a patient since 2022) to finish some bits and bobs and while there a had a hypoglycemia episode which was very scary. Straight up they identified the problem and moved me to a separate room, had a glucose drip, monitored my blood pressure, checked my sugar levels and, I even had a nurse present with me during the infusion which reassured and observed me. Want more? Was seen by an ITU nurse before leaving the clinic and she made sure I was all safe and sound. How amazing is this? So, I am taking this opportunity to thank Dental Premier from the bottom of my heart for their care and professionalism ♥️

Although I was afraid to go to the dentist and I kept putting it off and collected a lot of problems, Dental Premier showed me that the experience at the dentist can be super relaxed and professional. The doctors talked to me and explained each step of the work. They were super open to my requests. After completing everything, I can say that it was a wonderful experience. I recommend this clinic with the greatest warmth and I want to take this opportunity to thank the dentists and the staff of the clinic for the care and professionalism with which they treated me. The best dental clinic in Bucharest, Romania if you are looking for a very good dentist with experience in full mouth reconstruction with same day dental implants and fixed full arch dental crowns. I choosed them after I saw hundreds of cases with full mouth rehabilitation using All-on-4 and All-on-6 dental implants on their website an Facebook page. I received two Sky Fast and Fixed Bredent dentures, full upper jaw with 6 dental implants and full lower jaw on 4 dental implants. Everything looks and feels good so far. So i recommend them with all my heart!
