I love love love the customer service! Alain is amazing and goes above and beyond to help! I just always freeze when I go there, more heating would be great :) and maybe codes on other doors to not walk and have to walk back. More convenient

Depotium charges for lockers 13 months…
Depotium charges for lockers 13 months a year instead of the usual 12. And roughly every 8 months they increase their rates constantly year after year, instead of honouring the initial contract you have with them. Once I get out of Depotium I will never go back to them ever again. If you can, save your money and go elsewhere.

Terrible company
First off, they bill 13 times a year instead of once a month x 12..
They continually raise the rent every 6 months.
They are not cordial and reasonable.
I am paying about 21$/ square foot which is way overpriced for basically a cement floored, decrepid storage room, when there is plenty of office space available at even 12$ Square foot but that is inhabitable and usable for business and other activities..
Basically, depotium is greedy..
Why don't I move my stuff out? Simple, my circumstances won't allow me at this time..When I do move my stuff out, however I will never return to this dump....

I think you are way too expensive and I also don’t appreciate your inflexibility on rates and imposing the insurance as an extra.
Also charging every 4 weeks equals to paying you 13 months a year!!!!!

They are not really friendly and they charge fees for 28 days but most month doesnt have 28 days but more. Instead of charging a fixed rate for a month,they are doing money on you by charging you 28 days for a month + 2,3 days extra each month. I think this is not honest and they could do a « one-time payment /per month » . In addition of that,they raise their prices frequently and you have no other choice than to accept . Lack of honesty is the problem, instead of making happy costumers and everybody benefits, they put pression on people with their 4 weeks cycles principe and their prices raises
