customer service by employees is good…

customer service by employees is good but I think the monthly payment is very expensive for small units, I think the price should be more accessible

Too pricy!

No price policy, they raise the rent drastically every year. They even change the payment schedule from monthly to every 4 weeks pretending it doesn’t change anything, except that this involve one more payment a year!
A way too expensive.
Stayed there for 14 years because no other choice, should have buy one!

Nothing to complain about people at the…

Nothing to complain about people at the counter, they are polite and respectfull; but the rent should be accountable the first of each month, like residential to make budgetting easier, and therefore THE DIRECTION would stop cutting customer's lock they have to replace at high cust. It happened to a lot of customers I heard them complain about THIS BIKER'S MENTALITY OF PUTTING PRESSURE ON PEOPLE FOR NO REASON. And if it happens that my son owes two months and I come to the counter with the cash for one month, my payment should not be refused, THE CASH IS THERE FOR ONE MONTH ON TWO : TAKE IT FOR CHRIST SAKE, it is frustrating to cross the city for nothing, WAKE UP!

your "modest" yearly rental rate…

your "modest" yearly rental rate increases are terrible. My latest increase is in excess of 16%, last years was 15% plus. In addition, they have become 10 month increases not "annual".
Another bone of contention is the fact that your billing is based on a 4 weeks cycle, resulting in 13 annual payments rather than 12.

Price doubled.

I was paying half the price what I’m paying now when I first signed up. It’s like they don’t want me business. Leaving soon.

Happy customer

We had our locker for over 2 years. Happy with the facilities snd the service. Quick response every time we had a question. Would use their services again!

Great service

Great service, very helpful when I called and organized a storage locker. The location was easy to find and plenty of parking, instructions for access are straight forward and easy to use. The on site skip bin is handy as well. Thanks.

Overall not satisfied with the jammed door, water in my locker, price increases every 10 months(more than an apartment increase). More increases and I'm leaving

Great customer service and wonderful…

Great customer service and wonderful enployees. Where I didn’t have such a great experience is in the pricing... my original pricing (2 years ago), was $99.00/ month. 3 months later I receive a letter saying that they are raising to $115.00/ month. In fact their montly prices are every 4 weeks wich in return you end up making 13 payements in a year (I call that false advertising!).

Disappointed with the constsnt price…

Disappointed with the constsnt price increases and then insurance on top.

It wasn’t until I decided to leave that options were given to reduce the monthly rent. On top, insurance was to be paid. I found an identical locker with security and insurance for 25% less. Not happy with the gouging.

Automatic rate increase every 9 months

First the positives - The facilities are nice, clean, well lit, and the downtown location is very convenient. They have trolleys and a large elevator to the upstairs units. You can also access the building with a personal code. Now the negative - The biggest problem I have is with their rates, which they automatically increase every 9 months by around 15%. They claim it’s due to “higher business costs” and to “continue providing our customers with the best possible services.” I find their reasons bogus. This is just a blatant money grab. Seriously, what are they providing other than empty space, a little heat and electricity? It’s not like they have inventory to replace. There is no “additional value” that I can see. In fact, they REMOVED the personnel that used to work at the office unit on Notre-Dame. I have been a customer for years and they do not reward loyalty. So, if you like prices that increase faster than the rate of inflation, then this place is for you! I’m currently looking to switch somewhere else. I’ve had enough of their excuses.

Cash Trap

23 days rent so 12 weeks per year,and sold your stuffs if dont paid 500$ suffering and making money on a overbid.Nice cash trap !
