DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

This is a follow up to a previous review made on January 21st… I STILL haven’t been able to get a hold of a human being. I’ve gotten replies to my DM’s on Instagram and then they follow up to the information I’ve given with an automated response or just leave me on read. This company as pathetic.

**edit: you have responded to this with your automated message and yet still give absolutely no way of getting in touch with you. Terrible.

Everthing went as expected.

I ordered 2 posters. Quality has been as I expected and I had my posters delivered at the day scheduled. Posters are well protected in a tube.

Disappointed

I ordered two prints with the framing service. While prints are nice, the frame material is very cheap. Taking off the packaging off my frame I had little chips off the black paint of the frame. The front of the frame is a plexiglass/ plastic material. The frames feel cheap and the plexiglass cause a glare making them look cheap. Not worth the price even with the discount I received during their sale.

Half of my order didn’t come

Half of my order didn’t come. Took over a week to get it resolved and have now been waiting over a week for my replacement items when website suggests a few business days. Art was nice but not worth the long wait.

Awful

Awful. Quality has gone way done. Flimsy frames, crooked prints, and colors are not as shown super dull and dark. Still in the process of trying to get a refund from them. Don't shop here - such a shame as I used to love them but they are cutting corners.
